3 /5 Cindy Flores: The store offers a great selection of merchandise, and I’ve made several purchases in the past. However, I’ve been disappointed on multiple occasions due to issues with service and communication.
The first issue occurred when I purchased a set that arrived without a size tag. I believe it was mislabeled, as it did not fit properly. I later bought the same set from another retailer, and it fit perfectly.
On another occasion, I ordered a specific size in jeans but received a different size without any prior notice or explanation. It was frustrating to find that a substitution had been made without my consent.
Most recently, I placed an order that took over three weeks to arrive. I was originally informed that the delay was due to a missing belt from a dress I ordered. However, no one communicated that the entire shipment was being held for that reason. Ultimately, the package was sent—still without the belt.
While the quality of the merchandise is excellent, the lack of transparency and poor communication have been consistent issues. Based on these experiences, I’ve decided not to make future purchases from this store. I’m giving three stars solely due to the product quality.
