2 /5 Viki S: Came here for new snowboard boots and the employee tried to convince me its okay to have more than 2 inches of heel lift. So if youre looking for real help buying gear go to ski company who know what theyre talking about.

5 /5 Frank Burt: Ryan and Madison were awesome! Made us feel stoked for our purchases, and Madison changed and swapped trucks on our board! Elite employees! My Friend broke his arm at the skate park, but that has nothing to do with zumiez. Like literally had nothing at all to do with the store. We left and then it happen. At a totally seperate location.

5 /5 Caleb Wills: My friend got a new board yesterday and I got a new set of trucks and wheels. Thank you to Madison for helping us out. She took apart both boards, switched the trucks and put them back together for us. She was also so kind the whole time, it made my day. I did break my arm at the skate park ,but that is a totally separate issue unrelated to zumiez or its employees.

5 /5 Whitney McClure: Haden was super nice & easy going upon entering the store. He was more than willing to help find the right size, and recommend other shoe styles. He was a great conversation. I’ve visited this store before & have received the best customer service , greeting to checkout is a pleasant experience and so easy going. Love this store and the staff. Store is clean, merchandised nicely and always has different styles.

5 /5 Jacque A: Went on the evening of black friday and it was insane, but that is only to be expected! The guys working were absolutely awesome. They were informative of the deals, and didnt hover. There was one guy, who i should have gotten his name because he was awesome. He had pink in his hair! He tried helping me find a specific pair of vans that I wanted but they didnt have any. So he helped me order them so I could still get the sale price. I am not sure if multiple people there have pink in their hair. However, it was on the evening on November 25th, and he was cashiering next to a nice employee named Shawn. Give them some kudos.
