Charlie was very personable, and thorough with the options available for my issue. He explained all angles in layman’s terms. I was very satisfied with my choice to use this firm. I would highly recommend.

Susan Candiloro There is only one attorney working here and he took a 3 week vacation a couple of weeks after taking on my case for the sale of my fathers home. There was no one to answer my questions for this 3 week period and I was told they couldnt interrupt his vacation and there was no one covering for him. Because of this, the sale of the home was delayed by several weeks. The office staff was short and condescending to me when I called. After his vacation was over, the communication improved but I would not use this firm again.

Julie Daniels Claims on google they’re open five days a week and on their website, but it’s impossible to reach anyone. My brother is newly disabled and can’t walk trying to finalize his divorce, they only need a signature, yet can’t seem to get anyone available for him to sign the paperwork. He can’t drive and he set up transportation then last minute they decide they’re gonna close their office the day of his appointment and the following day. This is not how a law office is supposed to work, especially for the people this office is serving. They need to do better.

Avery Dewing I had contacted this office and ended up having the attorney Scott B. Goldie take on my SSDI case. We met a few times and all seemed well. A year after our initial meeting I received a hearing date. I met with Goldie to check in and all seemed fine. About two weeks before the hearing he calls me and tries to get me to drop him as my lawyer. Since I had no time to find new representation I declined. He let it slip that he wasnt even aware that I was applying for SSDI and not SSI. I kept him up to date on my information and it was clear that he had spent no time reviewing my case. He sent me a letter notifying me that he was dropping my case 1 week before my hearing. I recommend seeking representation elsewhere.

Rebecca Thompson He kept telling me that I never told him to move forward with proceedings in turn prolonging the court case. I had repeatedly told him to move foreward. It gave the defandants time to go into bankrupsy court to file for Chapter 7 in turn I wouldnt get paid the over 49,000 they admitted to oweing me. It seemed like he was working for them. When I had mentioned the case to someone else, she said the same thing that she felt like he was working for the other side.

Harley Douillet I have tried to go to court twice to just update my order and I have been told that I need to drop the case. The only thing I wanted was to make if so my kids could spend holidays together. But I guess family isn’t allowed to do that.

Brooke Badlam I would leave 0 stars if I could. Complete unprofessionalism from John Collin’s canton office. Eye rolling, mockery, false statements, and being denied your own information. Waiting for months on end to receive no progress. Not what one wishes to work alongside while dealing with a legal case. Can’t forget to mention the gaslighting & lack of ethical moral, too. Disgusted with this law firm to say the absolute least.

Jamie Barkley Do not call this attorney for anything. They dont return phone calls, I have had 2 phone conferences set up he never called us for and theres always an excuse. Its been months dealing with them and we have literally gotten nowhere. Save your money.

Matthew Gussow If you live in the North Country, and you need a good lawyer, you wont go wrong with Nash, Palm, & LeMay. Marsha LeMay, who handled my issue, was professional and honest. Its rare to find a lawyer who will, in no uncertain terms, tell you how it is. Lawyers often have a reputation for being evasive and putting a spin on things. You wont find that here. If you want honest legal advice, this is the firm to go to.
