Wilma Zuch My mother and I would give Mr.Balkin a zero if possible. She would be writing this but she doesnt use a cell phone or computer or even own one. He handled her bankruptcy over a two year period and never once returned any of her calls or messages, she had me try to call on her behalf and I think I heard from him once. We would get a letter to go to court, show up after finding a ride, sit there for two hours than have him come out and ask us what we were doing there? Never once did he call, leave a message or send a letter telling her she didnt have to appear. I will never send anyone to this office

Im currently working with Amy Taylor (family court) she is also in muscatos office (he no longer does family court) and she has been just as good, very smart communicates well and really does represent her clients to the full extent and will FIGHT to get you want you want! There is not one negative thing I could say about the whole firm their secretary is also very sweet! I would recommend them a million times over and I do not say that lightly!

Sire Jacobs Timothy is a very great lawyer, I used him in 2 Criminal cases now and he went beyond and above, other lawyers where asking over double or even more then what Timothy asked, but by far he did way more then any other lawyers would of. He got both cases cleared up for me with only a few court dates. He definitely made me feel like it was going be OK and not to worry. I never leave a review on anything and I found Timothy by reading his 4 great reviews and I Promise myself i would leave one for a great guy that definitely saved me. Elaine Hickman Pusateri is nothing but a scam! I went in for the "free" consolation. He asked me to return to his office with $1500 retainer fee and a few other papers that he wanted to see. After a few months he dropped me as a client and charged me for the "free" consolation and for dropping of my payment and the other papers he wanted!! He charged me my entire retainer fee minis $200. He said it was a courtesy credit! He did nothing to help me with my case!! He takes clients just to get the retainer fee then drops you... absolutely shameful. He doesnt deserve even one star!

Wende Nicosia This attorney is rigid and uncompassionate. All parties were in agreement on a house closing for early occupancy and he just out and out refused. The owner lost $1000 in rent money. He made this single lady’s move as difficult as possible. From day 1 I requested an early occupancy on the house only to find out 2 weeks before I closed I would never get in the EMPTY home a second early.

Phil dolce I would never hire this clown. I spoke with this man on the phone and he agreed to help me with my case. He then spoke with my Ex wifes attorney on the phone to get things rolling based on a phone agreement in witch I offered to pay his fee over the phone with a credit card or meet him at his connivance. He told me he was not worried about it and at worst I could pay him later. I did not here from him again until 25 hours before my court time when he told me he was not able to be there at that time (The reason I needed him.) then tried saying I never retained him leaving me without a attorney for a very important court date. I would look elsewhere before you hire this guy.
