Ronald McKnight If you’ve had this office represent you and you loved there service then this isn’t the review to read. This law office didn’t investigate my case properly back in 2019 and he actually even went a step further, he flat out told me he didn’t have time to investigate because he was working on a higher profile case and proceeded to tell me intimate details about the case. Let me start off by saying everyone says they are innocent but I’ve actually got proof of my innocence and I even showed it to him, to which he responded, “what am I supposed to do with this information? I told you I don’t have time to investigate.” Now back to what I was saying, I grew up in foster care and after I turned 18, I was packed up and dropped off at a local community college I was attending and basically told have a good life. I had no idea nor any knowledge about law. I say all that because if I truly understood what I was signing and agreeing to, I’d have never signed the plea deal and went through the court proceeding. Honestly if he investigated like he was asked to do I wouldn’t even have to sign a plea deal because the charges would’ve been dropped or dismissed. I’m still waiting to hear back on my appeal, which I’m starting to feel was never filed. All due respect to the deceased but the man screamed at me and forced me to sign a plea deal right before sentencing and when I told him I didn’t want to sign it, he lost it and screamed “sign the damn paper!! I don’t care about any motions you’ve filed” and after I signed it he goes “sorry it’s Monday and I’m stressed.” I’m sorry but that’s not good legal representation at all and my case actually has holes in it enough to be won if properly handled by a competent attorney. I am not blaming him for me being in the situation I am in but more so calling out his neglect to do his civic duty for me as his client. I have to live with a negative social stigma that if i’m being honest, I’m very undeserving of and it has literally made my life impossible

This firm also had far more experience in what I needed help with. Although the original attorney claimed to know what he was doing I figured out rather quickly he didnt. He even argued with me when I decided to take my situation/case to this law firm. DeFrancisco & Falgiatano had to basically start from scratch due to my previous attorneys lack of organization & skill set. I couldnt thank them enough for all they did & if youre not sure who to hire THIS FIRM IS IT!! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring this firm but minimally going in & talking to them is a must before hiring just any attorney/firm.

C K Our initial consultation was very positive and we immediately retained Amanda. However, after retaining, there was no response from Amanda nor the secretary for a month. The voicemail was always full as. Strangely the secretary lives out of state. After a month, they scheduled us a week later and we just couldn’t wait anymore. We lost a lot of time and needed immediate assistance. We finally went to the law office where all doors were locked, we knocked on the door for several minutes when Amanda finally answered it. Amanda is very sweet and nice, and we got back our entire retainment fee. We are very grateful for that. However, with the lack of communication our custody battle has now been prolonged even further.

J Fidler I have had Amanda for years and she has done nothing to help me. She is useless and highly I do not recommend her. She does not call you back and when she goes to court she will lie to the judge and answer with umm umm umm... so unprofessional 100% do not recommend!

Kassidy I have never had a more unpleasant interaction in my life. If this law firm didn’t want to take my case, they could have just said that. Instead, I am about to pay 250 dollars to be degraded by Attorney Steele for 15 minutes. I had a genuine inquiry, and now have found a more qualified firm to represent my case. I wouldn’t recommend the Steele Law firm to walk my neighbors dog.

Chelsea Moore I contacted this law firm via e-mail for a SS disability consultation. I provided extensive documentation attesting to my condition. There was no reply after a week. I then phoned the office, and received a lackluster greeting. I was informed that the attorney had been in court a lot. Okay, but could we at least have gotten the process started by having the receptionist call me to acknowledge my inquiry? Another week passed afterwards with no follow-up from the firm. Guess hes still in court. In the meantime, my condition persists and my time has been wasted.
