Yvonne Duhaney In July of 2023 my husband had a car accident, so we went on Google in search of a lawyer, we decided to use law office of Firas Nesheiwat P.C. And as today I can say that we did make the right choice, because after contacting him an appointment was set up and he came to our home and took all the information needed. Today I can say that Mr Nesheiwat is very knowledgeable of his job, he listen to his client, able to answer questions regarding the case, follow up on questions asked and has always return calls or questions in a timely manner. Today the case is settled and an award was paid out without any problem. We would definitely use this law office again in the future if needs be and I also would definitely recommend this office to anyone who truly needs a Lawyer that is caring and has the ability to advocate for his clients.

Darryl Jenkins I had the most horrible experience with this law firm. It was very obvious after I paid the retainer that they were not interested in handling my case. They had my information from December 2024 until April 2025 and did nothing but write one letter. They rarely returned phone calls and proceeded to advise me that every time I called or emailed I would be charged so it was best to wait for the lawyers to contact me. Which they never did!!! They could have saved me time and money had they just said they couldnt handle my case. I did get what was left of my retainer once I told them I no longer wanted their services. I basically paid nearly $3,500 for 1 LETTER!! Do not use these attorneys they will rip you off. Go to Kevin MacKay in Poughkeepsie he is a much better attorney who will care about you and your case!
