Ines Hems Blink fitness in Parkchester the Bronx is great. They are open Monday through Friday from 5 am until 11 pm. The facility is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their personal trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. I give them 5 stars.

Maria & Joe Trapenasso My experience working with Angel has been extraordinary. When I first came to Him, I was in a lot of pain from a back injury and now I am stronger than ever. He takes perfect care in making sure that you are performing exercises correctly so that you don’t injure yourself and you maximize your potential. His workouts are dynamic and he’s always changing things up so that your muscles never get comfortable with your workout. Angel also provides guidance on healthy eating and good habits that will help you get to your goals. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and I’m so happy with the results that I’ve gotten from High Definition training and appreciate Angel‘s dedication to helping me and other women achieve their desired results.

Caesar Monroy The gym in kingsbridge/Riverdale is fine. Its a clean place. Staff is constantly cleaning and so are most of the members. Some hours are busier and there are tempers flared. Too many members on their earphones and they cant hear when you ask them how many more sets they have. For the most part its a perfectly good gym.

Genis Fernandez I’m being a member since last year. But I am very unhappy how the gym has turned into a social club. It’s too crowded. Barely no machines are available. benches, dumbbells, barbells all over the place. You see people sitting in the machines over 30 minutes chatting. No need to do so many sets.Also I can see people working out in one equipment and reserving the other one. Dont allow someone else to use it. The hip thrust I see females putting gym bags on the equipment for cosmetics. Or blocking with items. I’m about to terminate my membership and sign up for private gym.

Davic Le I come to this location at 8 am after every shift and is always full of great energy, they’ve really developed a good fitness community. Bathrooms are clean, the gym floor is well stocked with cleaning supplies and the place never too hot or cold. I’d love to see a hack squat or pendulum squat machine to add to their collection of squat racks eventually. Probably my favorite blink(pure gym) location in the Bronx

I set an score of 4 because I really love Blink but yesterday I was so disappointed when I received the new terms and conditions, now is not possible to bring an unlimited guest, I don’t like going alone to the gym!, and that was one of the main reasons why I loved blink, your staff is great, the place is clean, yesterday for the first time the AC was really working and I loved it, the environment in the gym feels relax, I was 100% happy being a Blink customer, being honest it is very disappointing that now I will no be able to bring someone with me every time and possibly I’ll be canceling my membership.

Jones ajayny Adrian Marie (AJ) The entrance was on Sheridan Avenue. You can go through the mail entrance but its going to lead you right back to Sheridan Avenue! other than that, the place was fine. Not enough bicycles

Demetri J The facility is beautiful, it looks recently renovated and very spacious. I visited during the mid-day rush and it was not crowded at all. Joshua, the memebership representative did all his due diligence in making sure that I had an opportunity to get a feel for the gym before signing up. He made the experience seamless. Great atmosphere!

Veronica R So happy they put a gym in this healthplex! It has every piece of equipment you’ll need to get in a good workout. Gym is always clean, staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nicest Its also never crowded! They also offer classes with your membership! There’s locker rooms and you can use the rooms the classes are held in when not in use. Absolutely worth the monthly price for me just off convenience alone! Awesome gym !

Every workout and training session was engaging, and the support from both the instructor and the amazing women in the group made it even better. It would be wonderful to see more programs like this incorporated, fostering a strong community while we work toward our fitness goals. Amazing job, Blink Fitness!

Jennifer nova I recently attended a kickboxing class and it was absolutely awesome! The session was not only incredibly fun but also challenging and the instructors focus on each student with direction being observant of who needs form correction and attention. They make it incredibly enjoyable. They have sessions well organized. Smiles of the instructors and their energy and attitude was key. You will not be disappointed. Not to mention very sanitary
