Kel Harris I brought my oldest here when he was young to give the pediatric experience a try. We loved it so much that we’ve never left. I even switched to coming myself here after being at another practice since I was a child. The hygienists and the doctors are phenomenal. They do a great job of explaining what they are doing and any medical treatment needed. They go above and beyond to be welcoming, informative, and they give great care to my family.

Trista Samson We love them here ! They are booked pretty far out but they are worth it. Our previous dentist , those ski type people, told me I had 11 cavities and had to pay 450$ out pocket for "SCALING" When we were referred here by a co worker we were floored at how amazing they were. They said i had NO cavities BTW. This office has a pediatric dentist and she is FABULOUS with children. We had looked all over the area and no office would take our children under 6 years old despite the fact we had insurance. We are so glad to see this office will start seeing kids at the appropriate age of 2 + to make sure they are comfortable with the world of oral health They are very clean. And we love the reward machines for the littles. They even made my son a BIRTHDAY hat.

Beth Johnson We have 3 small kids 7 and 5 that have gone to this dentist for a few years. We absolutely love the staff here. So well with the kids. Very patient and kind. They take their time when the kids are scared and explain each step to them.

Lydia Conlin-Richards Such nice staff. I left home for my appointment early, but it was my first time there and Im not familiar with the area and I got lost, couldnt find the building, and was late. I called to let them know I was lost and they assisted me with directions. And even though I was late they still took me in for my appointment, which they didnt have to do, but I really appreciate that they did. The dentist working on my teeth was very hospitable and was making sure I was comfortable at every step.

Gail Hull Dr Steve is an awesome dentist! We have been going to batavia dental for quite some time and all I can say is both dr Steve and the entire staff are fantastic. Damaris Morales This dentist office is phenomenal. My poor little guy has to get anesthesia so, we come from out of town to get it done. I honestly wouldn’t want him in any other place or hands other than here!! They were extremely kind and nonjudgmental, and they had every reason to be. My babies teeth have never looked better!! Thank you for giving him the smile he deserves and unknowingly needed. I’m very grateful for your kindness, support, and craft displayed for him. I could never thank you enough, but will do so by ensuring that he keeps his new smile looking as close as possible to what it does today!!! Janet Garcia I have twin boys on the spectrum age 12 and one of them have never gotten a cleaning done all the way because it was always difficult for him, and let me tell you that our first experience was a total success! I love how they both got educated and was shown everything that was going to be used on them to make them feel comfortable. I feel that the fear that my son has will be slowly fading away with each visit thanks to this visit and all the staff.

breanna mead My son is 9 and extremely sensitive and went in to his appointment very nervous. He is an easy gagger as well. And even with that he doesn’t cry at the dentist. I can’t remember the hygienists name that we saw but she was very rude. My son left BAWLING his eyes out and hyperventilating. She was very rough with him. This is the first person there we have had any issues with! I left there, very upset as a mother. I requested to not see her again, which they accommodated, graciously!

I had a difficult dental situation that he handled with extreme expertise, and skill I never experienced any pain, or discomfort and the results were excellent. Colton Cunningham I saw Dr. Marchese for my first dentist appointment in a long time. The hygienist Debbie was very welcoming and made me super comfortable and not feel bad about not going to the dentist in a long time. Debbie explained the tools she was using and what they were for, and explained what my x rays showed and what she was looking for. Dr Marchese was very nice and gave me tips to ensure my oral hygiene was the best it can be. If you’re nervous about seeing the dentist, I’d recommend Dr Hannah Marchese and her staff.

Melanie Rhodes Would highly recommend! Alyssa, the dental hygienist l, was fabulous. Dr. Hannah is very personable and takes time to explain terminology. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Marilyn Dickinson I joined Dr. Russ Marchese as a patient a few years ago. Dr. Russ is a true professional as well as Brittany my hygienist and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Dr. Hannah is knowledgeable and I feel confident I will receive the same dental health care as I did from her dad! It’s a great practice! New review; Dr. Hannah took my call over the weekend. Tried one solution and I called today if she could see. Today is a short day but she knew my issue and fit me in. She made me feel comfortable, explained my routine at home and now I’ll be able to go on vaca without dental issues! Thank you to Dr. Hannah and her staff.

Christine Andres My daughter had a appointment when we got there the lady at the desk asked if she got new insurance I said yes and gave her the insurance card about 10 minutes later she got called back and the the lady at the desk told me about 10 mins after she went back that they do not accept my daughters insurance and I had to pay $122 bucks out of pocket. So I did. I think they should have checked before sending her back first as it was established her insurance changed when we first walked in. Usually places check to see if they accept your insurance first and then let you know so you have the option of you want to stay and pay out of pocket or go somewhere els! Very disappointed. Even when confirming the appointment I don’t understand why I wasn’t asked but in reality I gave the lady at the desk her insurance card first thing when we walked in and SHE asked me if it was new I said YES we were early too!

Logan Bailey Nice staff. Went for fillings and they did a horrible botched job and make my mouth incredibly sensitive and hurt worse. Was let go from the practice which is absolutely fine i went back twice to get the fixed and they just made it worse.

C J What? Im so sorry people have negative experiences here. I have mostly great experiences. They know L by name. Dr Jain returned an emergency call through UMMC, who I called at night when she had been exposed to meningitis. I found out at 10pm, we did not know what kind yet (viral or the bacterial) I was SCARED. He is wonderful with L (7 yr old girl) has been her dr.since birth. Only issue was recently with a different provider who spoke of people DYING from the flu in front of my just turned 7 yr old daughter while she had a nasty cough and strep throat. The provider was speaking to me, but that inappropriate in front of a child Not cool...one star off for that. Brought politics up as well, not appropriate. Nice person, well meaning, but filter please. EDIT 2023- The provider who we had an issue with is gone, and her replacement is amazing! No more politics, or death talk in front of my now 10 yr old, who loves her.

Jessica DemMc We came to this office when we lived in the area back in 2016-17 and thought they were great, but had to switch when we moved to Albany. We just moved back here, and after having a horrible experience with Oak orchard pediatrics in Albion, so I switched to WNY pediatrics since we had a great experience with them years ago. I am so glad we did. My daughter Olivia gets sick easily, and when she’s sick she gets very unwell. She has been Ill twice since June. This office has gotten her in so quickly and we’ve seen Dr. Khurrum Sanaullah both times. He is probably the best pediatrician we’ve had (we’re an army family so we’ve moved around a lot around NYS). He is so kind, thorough, and you can tell he really cares about the children he is treating. He answers all your questions and makes sure he’s doing everything he can for your sick kiddo. Kathleen has treated my other daughter and she is just as incredible, caring, and thorough. We’re happy to have them as our physicians.

Teressa Chaplin Very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. My appiontment was at 8:30. They were busy and decided I could wait until 9:15 to be seen. The nurse Kathreen had time to debate and argue with me about her "packed schedule" rather than see my daughter. The receptionist didnt make matters better. She chose to lie to help cover up the fact that most employees were not there. She told me she was going to the back and speak with her manager. She came back acted as if she spoke to her manger Susan. That lie caved when I watch Susan walk in the front entrance. I asked how she spoke to her in the back if she is just now walking in. The receptionist face turned red and told more lies to accommodate the first lie. Moral of the story I am very disgusted and my daughter will only see the DOCTOR.

Elizabeth Rindell I became a patient of Dr. Salmon’s in 2016 when I was eleven. Like most other children, I was hesitant to get braces at first. It wasn’t until I was finished with my treatment and saw the results that I understood just how much having a beautiful smile could improve my life. Renee Robbins She did not use Nitrous gas after I paid and requested it. She also did a root canal on a baby tooth that didnt need it and didnt ask permission to do so. It was very traumatic for my child. I would never go back.

Sarah Burr Dr Keck went above and beyond to help get us the care our then 4yr old needed. She even gave personal contact info for any questions we had, and tried to help in getting insurance to cover costs that they wouldn’t budge on. She stayed with us through every step and calmed our nerves.

First Last This review is for “Dr” krough. He removed my wisdom tooth and while doing that cracked the tooth next to it because he was using it for leverage. I eventually had some problems with that cracked tooth and he was EXTREMELY aggressive with the needle used to numb my mouth. I have NEVER had a problem with a dentist. He then did a TERRIBLE job of smoothing out the filling (that I needed because of his mistake). I had to get it fixed by another dentist. DO NOT LET THIS GUY TOUCH YOUR MOUTH. HE IS A SADIST. SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE. And to you directly krough, don’t you come on here making your fake apology. Quit if you are sorry.
