Dr. Patrick W. Krough, DDS - Batavia First Last: This review is for “Dr” krough. He removed my wisdom tooth and while doing that cracked the tooth next to it because he was using it for leverage. I eventually had some problems with that cracked tooth and he was EXTREMELY aggressive with the needle used to numb my mouth. I have NEVER had a problem with a dentist. He then did a TERRIBLE job of smoothing out the filling (that I needed because of his mistake). I had to get it fixed by another dentist. DO NOT LET THIS GUY TOUCH YOUR MOUTH. HE IS A SADIST. SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE. And to you directly krough, don’t you come on here making your fake apology. Quit if you are sorry.

Pediatrics - Batavia Medical Campus - Batavia Laura Crater: Dr Jain is very sweet with children and listens when we have any concerns. He is always very thorough and cautious and we love that about him and his practice. His staff are all amazing! They know my 4 children by name and make us feel right at home there. Kathleen and Francesca are very knowledgeable and take their time with our kids. Were very happy with this practice.

Leifer, DDS - Catskill Chloe Rexford: Terrible I go in on the day the practice and I set over the phone I get told you dont have an appointment for today I told them this is the date we set on the phone. I wasnt going to fight with them so I ask to set another appointment on the spot they give me a card with a date and time I go that date which was written on the card and get told sorry but you dont have an appointment today I was like yes I do I have a card and everything I go out to the car to look for it of course cant find it so I then set another date go in this time everything is fine wt my work done I call back a week later to set another appointment and they tell me we cant make anymore appointments for you anymore they kicked me out the practice.
Bruno Thomas C DDS - Catskill David Fuller: I wouldnt consider another dentist than Dr. Bruno. His skill is outstanding and he explains everything clearly. Ive been seeing him for over 20 years and still have most of my teeth thanks to him and Anne, who does my regular cleanings. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. It feels great to have such trust and confidence.
