Greg Zenon Received standard cleaning/exam/XRays. They were impressively busy and service was rushed. I had to stop a tech from jamming one of the XRay devices too far down my throat, and positioned it myself. I was informed I needed a deep cleaning ($700-$1000) and they would email me XRays and their report and cost estimate. Never got it. Called and was then informed for the first time of 3 cavities needing fillings. Again they promised to email me the details. Still waiting despite daily calls and promises they will "get right on it." Now need to repeat the process elsewhere.

They examine your entire smile with xrays and 3D scan of your smile (health and integrity of your teeth) and then they create a plan for your smile. They estimate costs and go over financial plans. Highly recommend this place.

Rick Weber I neededa bunch of dental work. Thought Id try them with a basic cleaning to start. The cleaning was good but the Dr wasnt in so I had to come back 2 days later. The Dr talked really fast and pushed all cosmetic surgery. The Dr also asked when was my last cleaning????? Seriously did you even read my file???? They said they would put a plan together and call me. One month later, Im still waiting for that call. I guess I wasnt worth being a client since all I wanted was regular dental work.

The front desk staff always had an attitude and made it unpleasant from the moment you walk in. However when Natalie from their front desk started reaching out in March to ask me to schedule another routine cleaning in April (last appointment in February), the sloppiness and unprofessional conduct just went too far. The dentists are very attentive, most times I don’t have to tell them what’s bothering me bc they spot the problem areas right away. I went in because I was having extreme dental pain. From the beginning Gabriela (receptionist) was very professional and checked me in even though I was one half hour early. Dr. Lee did a check-up. Explained that I had an infection and all the options I had to correct my dental health. She also prescribe antibiotics for the infection. I researched for long time to look for a good dentist. Finally, I had decided to see Dr. Flores. He was really understanding my fear. He was very patient, sweet, and professional. I was amazed I didnt need root canal treatment for all 3 bad teeth. So, those 3 teeth are still alive. Also, because I didnt need root canal treatments, the cost was not bad at all. Actually, Thyme dental offices price is reasonable. Thank you so much Dr. Flores. I finally completed my dental treatments. I couldnt do this without Dr. Flores.
