The front desk staff always had an attitude and made it unpleasant from the moment you walk in. I was going to continue visiting the practice considering I liked the dentist I saw and the location was convenient for me. However when Natalie from their front desk started reaching out in March to ask me to schedule another routine cleaning in April (last appointment in February), the sloppiness and unprofessional conduct just went too far. I’d highly recommend avoiding this dental practice

My previous dentist didn’t properly treat a root canal, causing issues with the crown, so I was skeptical. Dr. Islam is amazing—she’s kind, professional, and took great care of my routine checkup. She also suggested Invisalign to fix my bite. I love how the aligners are doing its work. The clinic manager, Destiny, was super helpful and even offered a discount. What I love most is how efficient they are—I’ve never waited more than five minutes. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making each visit easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy dental care!

Today one of my Invisalign attachments suddenly fell off, and I was very anxious, thinking I would have to go back to my home country to see my dentist there. I called a few dentist offices in New York and I was so lucky to find this place. They helped me fix the attachment immediately on the same day. I am truly grateful and wish to recommend this dental office!

Stephanie, the dental hygienist, was excellent; she explained each step clearly and provided valuable recommendations. Dr. Kaufman was very thorough, taking her time to examine my X-rays and conduct a detailed inspection. I highly recommend this place!

Kenny cruz: Beware this organization will not REFUND you any money that you are ENTITLED TO. I visited this dental center several months ago and I was robbed. I was asked to pay a large amount of money upfront for a dental procedure that my insurance verified they were going to cover. I was told as soon as my insurance pays them they will immediately return my money. Several months later countless visits to the center and several emails TO SUPERVISORS Im still getting the runaround. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! P.S. I have all the documentation that the insurance company paid the bill.

Gloria, the hygienist, was outstanding—extremely attentive and thorough in addressing all my concerns. She explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. I initially went in for a consultation about LANAP, but after a thorough evaluation, I was told I didn’t need the procedure, which was a relief. I was also worried about gum recession, but the doctor took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood my situation and next steps. Overall, the team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them to others.

Rick Weber: I neededa bunch of dental work. Thought Id try them with a basic cleaning to start. The cleaning was good but the Dr wasnt in so I had to come back 2 days later. The Dr talked really fast and pushed all cosmetic surgery. The Dr also asked when was my last cleaning????? Seriously did you even read my file???? They said they would put a plan together and call me. One month later, Im still waiting for that call. I guess I wasnt worth being a client since all I wanted was regular dental work.

And my daughter also goes to her and Dr. Newman. Dr. Newman is amazing, gentle, experienced, and with a great sence of humor. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thats why after I moved 60 miles away from Manhattan, I still go to them! Very grateful for what they do!!!!!
