Akhil Thanneeru Disrespectful Behavior and Unprofessional Conduct My friend recently visited this place again despite a previous unpleasant experience, as it is a familiar spot for me. During her visit, the staff confronted her about a review she had left earlier, questioning why she gave feedback and why she returned. What shocked me even more was that they admitted to cross-checking her payment transaction name with the review she had written. This invasion of privacy felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional. When she sat down to get her eyebrows done, the staff abruptly stopped working on her and told her to leave when she expressed her discomfort. This level of hostility is unacceptable, especially in a service-oriented business. Reviews are meant to provide honest feedback for improvement, not to be used against customers in a confrontational manner. Cross-referencing personal information to address a review crosses a line and demonstrates a lack of respect for customer boundaries. This incident has made me feel unwelcome, and I will not be returning. If you value professionalism, kindness, and a respectful experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Jay La rushed work... both of my eyebrows are shaped completely different. these places in Broome County are the worse.

Karin Howard A coworkers is taking classes there so I was able to set up a haircut with her ahead of time. She along with the teacher did a great job and everyone was very friendly.

Charity Mosher A friend recommended this place to me because its where she brings her sons. I brought my 7 year old here today and Jose did the most awesome job! He looks sharp and he sat super still for Jose and enjoyed his first professional haircut! I would definitely recommend this place. I booked the appointment online which was super easy and they got us right in at our appointment time we didnt even sit down to wait. Thank you Jose from Emersons for making my son look sharp for school! I will be coming back!

Tytiana Browne They have a hair braider now and she does amazing work! She just started there so she was still getting her set up together when I went. Very accommodating and checked in with me often. I got Fulani braids and her cornrows are tight foing in but they dont hurt or pull on your hair once shes done. Like Im tenderheaded af and aside from when she was putting them in they didnt hurt at all. Fully recommend her services (blurred background for privacy)

Maryam Noori I went to see Leesa for a balayage, and she did a terrible job on my hair. She left the bleach in for over 3 hours, causing my hair to burn and fall out. I went back in and they said my hair is just a little dry, but as you can see in the pictures, it’s fried! I wish she would have just said she couldn’t do it instead of putting me through this mess! I wouldn’t recommend Salon to anybody!

Genevieve Nichols Rachel Butch is the BEST stylist I have ever had. I have loved everything shes done with my hair. The salon is open and bright; all of the staff is very knowledgeable about multiple styles; and its very fairly priced! I will use So Jealous Hair Design every time Im in JC!

Chuck Whigham My wife, Megan Rodriguez first met Lizzy Paige in October, 2022 when she was in dire need of a haircut. Once again, she was long overdue to have her hair cut and returned to Lizzy at her new location. Lizzy Paige is a licensed and talented professional who is truly passionate about her profession which shows in her meticulous skills. She is very friendly and warmly greets you at your appointment. Lizzy has her own private studio that she designed herself which is stylish, inviting, and calming. She takes pride in her studio and she keeps it neat and clean. My wifes hair was washed, cut into a graduated bob and styled to perfection. My wife looks fabulous, feels better and is extremely happy. She will most definitely be returning to Lizzy Paige sooner than later.

Krieger "We love walk-ins!" No, they do not. Made an appointment for several days later. Arrived a few minutes early to find a locked door and switched off "open" sign. Waited. Nobody showed up. Went home. Not even a phone call to reschedule or explain. Maybe they had an emergency. Otherwise, they do not respect appointments or your time and gas money. This paired with sky-high pricing should tell anyone what they need to know. Waste of time and gas.

C Dub, Jr Went in for a beard and mustache trim and he gapped up my mustache. Now my mustache and beard dont connect. He was lining up my beard on my cheek when I heard and felt the trimmers gap my mustache. Hair flew in my eyes and everything because the hair on my mustache was so long. He tried to even it out but left a bunch of stubble on the sides of my mouth. Had to go home and fix the rest and clean it up. The only positive thing is that at least he didnt demand payment so he gets one star added back for that and he was upset that he messed up my face. His hands are shaky and he wasnt paying attention to the end of the trimmers so Im sure thats why it happened. He did knock it down on the sides and everywhere else, which is what I wanted since it was getting long and I dont want a mountain man beard, I like a trimmed up beard. However, I wanted to keep my beard and mustache intact. Not going back here again, though.

Benjamin Got a great haircut from Keith. Very relaxing atmosphere. The shampoo chair was a vibrating massage chair (great touch). I had let my hair grow out (for far too long) and didnt know what to do for a style. Just told Keith to make it look nice and I loved the cut I got. Also easy for me to maintain. Probably a little more money than most guys cuts, but totally worth it.

KT Bee - Bucek This was a divine experience. I am not one to "love" getting my haircut, but this experience has changed my mind. What a gift you receive just upon entering the studio, it is peaceful and full of a kind and soft energy. The massage, the TLC, the meditation, the haircut were all perfect. Mostly appreciated was the intention from Cori to give me along with a gentle knowing and suggestions from her in depth experience, exactly what I needed and not what she wanted.

Always sends out reminders (that is really good for me!) Very reasonably priced!!! Plenty of parking space. If you know me, you know that I am timid about who does my hair (vanity? Yes!) I never walk out from a session with Jenny disappointed.

Endicott Girl I havent had my hair cut professionally in over 20 years. I read all the rave reviews about Heather and decided to take a chance. I suffer from Trichotillomania and was beyond embarrassed, but Heather made me feel so comfortable and seen. When I saw myself in the mirror after, I cried. She did such an amazing job. I cant wait to go back. She has at least one customer for life. Thank you Heather for making me feel pretty again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

exercises time This place is literally the best hair place Ive gone to. Heather was so amazing on how she did my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and gave me better ideas on my color and how to keep my hair nice in the long run. The customer service was awesome as well!

Adam Hess Mark is a great barber especially for guys at the university that dont have a place to get a haircut in Binghamton. He knows all the classic mens styles and always makes sure you get the kind of cut you want. This is the spot for haircuts in Binghamton. He only asks $14 per cut as well. Great for college students like me.
