My friend recently visited this place again despite a previous unpleasant experience, as it is a familiar spot for me. During her visit, the staff confronted her about a review she had left earlier, questioning why she gave feedback and why she returned. What shocked me even more was that they admitted to cross-checking her payment transaction name with the review she had written. This invasion of privacy felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
When she sat down to get her eyebrows done, the staff abruptly stopped working on her and told her to leave when she expressed her discomfort. This level of hostility is unacceptable, especially in a service-oriented business.
Reviews are meant to provide honest feedback for improvement, not to be used against customers in a confrontational manner. Cross-referencing personal information to address a review crosses a line and demonstrates a lack of respect for customer boundaries.
This incident has made me feel unwelcome, and I will not be returning. If you value professionalism, kindness, and a respectful experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
