Kaitlyn Cruz such a sweet and welcoming environment. however I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and instead left with extremely extremely THINNED out eyebrows just 2 weeks before my birthday. I was very disappointed and I don’t even feel confident to show my face anymore. not the place you want to go for an eyebrow wax unless thin brows are your thing.

Shia I went in yesterday for a facial, and the whole experience was great from top to bottom. It was my very first one ever and she made me feel comfortable, the atmosphere was very clean, peaceful and inviting. She also let me know what she was doing every step of the way!! I booked my next appointment before I left!!!! She has a forever client!

Paris Nicole I was in Syracuse briefly a few weeks ago. To my surprise I was able to secure a booking during my stay! Asia’s Oasis is very peaceful & serene. I received a facial, paired with brow wax/tint, and a reiki session. Asia exceeded my expectations by far! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend! From the last minute accommodation, to her gentle care of performing each service. It’s the little things for me. My favorite part was her talking me through each step. Weeks later and my face looks clearer than ever! I’ll definitely be returning!

Nilka Rodriguez This was my first facial ever. I have been dealing with a lot of stress lately so I decided to treat myself with a facial. Asia made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She made the whole experience so much better. I felt refreshed after.

Every-time I leave her salon I feel more beautiful than the last time. She does my lashes and they are perfect everytime! I highly recommend her!!

She has literally done it all on me from doing my gorgeous makeup, to dying my hair a dark and rich color to a super dimensional blonde, to straight hair extensions, to curly hair extension to match my natural curls for the summer time, and my fav her amazing blowouts. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Everyone deserves a hairstylist who truly cares about what they do and wanting you to leave with exactly what you came in asking for, without damaging your hair! Carley Herb I’m pretty sure this is the most patient woman in the world dealing with me. I started my journey last year coming home from deployment where the environment ruined my hair. Basically came home with a mullet. For the last year Andrea has completely restored my hair and my confidence. It’s not about just blindly doing what I ask just to make money, she truly cares about my hairs health. She’s a master at her craft and constantly striving to learn more to always improve. She’s also just a genuinely great person. I could not recommend her more!!! (For reference she’s done extensions for me, color, cuts, treatments, everything so she has a wide service knowledge!)

Mary Hall I have been going to Andrea for hair extensions for a year now and her services are really life changing. After trying many different stylists and techniques for hair extensions, finding Andrea put an end to all of my struggles with hair extensions not looking natural and not living up to my expectations. Her attention to detail and customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced with other salons. I get daily compliments on how pretty my hair is, something I have never experienced before.

Melissa Homer I love House of artistry the service is always on point and the owner Imani is very accommodating to my very busy schedule also it is always very beautiful and clean inside and everybody is very professional and I’m always happy with my services. I just recently went to an event at House of artistry where I got a tattoo and Botox and I am very happy with my outcome with both. but my normal routine is eyelash extensions and brow wax and an occasional facial. This is definitely a one stop beauty salon makes my life so much easier.

Emma J Molly absolutely killed it today with my hair! I followed her from her previous salon and I’m so glad I did. She pays incredible attention to detail and makes the experience so enjoyable for her clients. Her work speaks for itself on @manes_by_mollyh on insta! The Emerson was also gorgeous, just walking into the studio puts you at ease.

Jessica Hines I recently went for my very first Keratin treatment with Natasha. All I can say is five stars all around! From the moment I walked in I felt like Natasha had known me forever. She explained the process in detail and made me feel like a queen the entire time. I have soooo much hair that I normally throw it up in a bun or have to spend well over an hour to flat iron my hair. I just had my first was after treatment and oh my gosh! Five minutes of a blow dryer and a quick sweep with the flat iron.... Its beautiful!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Patty Farrington I am picky and have no patience for stylists who are using my hair as an experiment in trend setting. I am exacting when it comes to my standards for a haircut and Nick did not disappoint! He was both helpful and friendly and even more importantly, listened to what I wanted! Reyad Abedin I went for a haircut, which was the worst in my life, even with the clear instructions and visual sample. I do not know if The barber was trainy or something, but all of my hair is different sizes now, I couldnt see it at the moment because of the wet hair.

Monk Donnella “Donnie Monk” Gel Polish chipped the next day. A big lump of polish on my thumb. I did receive a refund and they were very helpful. This does not ignore the fact that it should have been done right in the first place. Be vocal about the mistakes they make, because they will fix them.

M H Excellent experience at Garbos - first greeted by Tina - very sweet ! Heather was amazing - best hairdresser experience ever in my many years. I got the Keratin treatment and a haircut - I will definitely be back to see Heather again - she is a gem!

Samantha Williams I was hesitant to try this place considering some of their one star reviews in recent months but decided to give it a try. I got ANC dip done by Ester and she was incredibly thorough and checked in during the process to make sure I was happy with the progress. I have short nail buds and did not want tips so she did the best she could and I’m thankful. For the price and the experience with Ester, I’ll most likely be going back!

Tessa Sontheimer Cosmopolitan is the best place to get your nails done in Syracuse! I HIGHLY recommend Afom. She is a great at manicures and pedicures. She always does a great job shaping and with the dip application and it always last such a long time. I have gone to her for a year plus and am always satisfied my nails. She is also just the sweetest!

Colleen Shrewsberry My niece and I went here today. Both of the ladies that helped us were awesome. My heels were pretty bad because I haven’t been in a bit and she did an amazing job. Only reason I didn’t give a five star is some of the equipment, like the dryers for your toes were pretty beaten up. But the service was great and we would both come again for sure!

Trina Anisa is amazing! A master at color and uses great product. My hair is difficult to color as it pulls warm and the strands are fine. She made me a creamy blond. I will return again and again. She also does eyebrow threading. This is a rare skill. As it’s so precise. This salon is so worth a visit! (Easy parking and on bus line.)
