5 /5 Samantha Williams: I was hesitant to try this place considering some of their one star reviews in recent months but decided to give it a try. I got ANC dip done by Ester and she was incredibly thorough and checked in during the process to make sure I was happy with the progress. I have short nail buds and did not want tips so she did the best she could and I’m thankful. For the price and the experience with Ester, I’ll most likely be going back!

5 /5 Tessa Sontheimer: Cosmopolitan is the best place to get your nails done in Syracuse! I HIGHLY recommend Afom. She is a great at manicures and pedicures. She always does a great job shaping and with the dip application and it always last such a long time. I have gone to her for a year plus and am always satisfied my nails. She is also just the sweetest!

4 /5 Colleen Shrewsberry: My niece and I went here today. Both of the ladies that helped us were awesome. My heels were pretty bad because I haven’t been in a bit and she did an amazing job. Only reason I didn’t give a five star is some of the equipment, like the dryers for your toes were pretty beaten up. But the service was great and we would both come again for sure!

5 /5 Molly Sabine: I have been going to Cosmopolitan since 2021. I was never a nails girl, but soon became addicted after I started coming here. I go to Jenny every 2.5-3 weeks and I love how durable the dip manicure is. On top of that, Jenny is amazing at what she does. She pays attention to detail and listens to what I want. Her pedicure is also great, it always comes out beautiful. She is super gentle and has never cut me once- and my skin breaks/bleeds very easily! I have tried so many other nail salons in the past (all over Syracuse) and Cosmopolitan is head and shoulders above the rest. They are organized, timely, and trustworthy.

5 /5 Jessica Stewart: Too bad I live in New Hampshire because this place has my heart! I’m visiting family and decided to get my nails done with a friend. I am very picky when it comes to my nails because I usually do them myself and I have never been amazed at my past manicures when I do go to a salon. But this place is amazing, clean and they did above and beyond on what I was wanting. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area
