Btw, the MANAGER ANNETTE sat there silent THE WHOLE TIME - to a standing room only waiting room! Our time is not as important as their 90 minute lunch.

Lou Mar Honestly was having a great experience here until recently. 1st they cancel an appointment due to an “overdue payment”. Called to have this looked into said they would call back the same day and never did. I had to call multiple times the next day before getting a response. 2nd I was told my appointment was at a certain time one day that had been “cancelled” because of their mistake, day of the appointment they tell me the time was different that I was late and no appointments for over a month. On top of this, this office specifically has been sending me texts regarding another patient. Complete unprofessional to be continuously sending me another patients information.

SpclK Moreno OMG!!!!! THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL!!!! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist so I must share my experience at this office. First let me start with my initial call to inquire, the voice on the other end was a sweet, kind. compassionate voice who answered ALL of my questions and set my mind somewhat at ease. So I get to the office the ENTIRE STAFF was like the voice on the phone! Clean and bright I even felt comfortable enough to use the restroom there. CLAUDIA was my hygienist she did scaling two days in a row PAINLESSLY!! Then there was the fateful cavity from a hundred years ago which need to be fixed. So Dr C comes in to do the job he was the same as the staff kind personable and friendly he put my fears to rest warmed up my anesthesia and I FELT NOTHING!!! In two twos I was done and they even comp the parking!!! You can’t go wrong with this family practice!!

I highly recommend Westchester Smiles to everyone! Here is a follow-up to my initial visit and as I predicted, this was going to be another good experience. And, I was done and out in less than an hour! Completed my third visit and everything went well. No pain or discomfort. The staff are excellent! What else can I say? Just completed another visit. This was a follow-up and cleaning. Everything went well. My teeth are noticeably cleaner, stains gone! Westchester Smiles did it again!

Mary Clark-DiRusso I switched to this provider when my dentist retired because it was in my plan. Previously I had considerable out of plan costs and assumed the transfer to an in plan provider meant their dentists and support staff would be overbooked or less skilled. Dr. Shamuelov is extremely skilled . I had no pain with my tooth extraction/bone graft and no post surgery issues. His staff is extremely professional and accommodating. They filed all insurance forms in a timely manner . No delays in getting appointments. I wish I switched to this practice years ago.

His experience and talent are exceptional. His office has the best of the latest technology. But, I think what makes him, and this practice so special is the "care" they provide. They are like family and treat us all as if we were. I couldnt say anything more positive.

Bruce Handler My family has been patients of Dr. Teich for over twenty years and hes the best dentist, along with his professional staff I have ever gone to. In the past, I had some bad dentists who just wanted to keep me coming back for more and more work. My wife found his practice and Dr. Teich quickly corrected my gum and teeth issues and after that it was yearly cleanings and crowns as needed. My gums and teeth are in great shape for my age and have no issues. His office staff are friendly and professional and never had any billing issues. The other dentists that are part of the practice are also the best in Westchester and always feel like Im in good hands. One important thing is Dr. Teich is very skilled at his job and will never try to push you to do any unnecessary dental work. Hes honest. Beautiful office and modern equipment makes for a relaxing environment.

The hygienists are patient and gentle, and they take the time to explain everything to her in a kid-friendly way. All of the dentists who have seen my daughter are amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable and put both me and my daughter at ease. We never feel rushed during appointments, they always take the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Even if theres ever a slight wait (which is rare!), the staff is incredibly apologetic and does their best to get us seen as soon as possible. Overall, this office is a gem!

Zoe Raymundo PLEASE READ. SCAM. I would give ZERO STARS. I’ve went there since they were close to me, worst mistake I’ve made. Knowing my teeth were in poor condition I was going there hopeful. They had new technology which isn’t covered by most insurances but they offer for it to be “FREE.” HOWEVER, before they take X-rays they have you sign something stating if you wanted the other X-rays you would have to pay out of pocket 250-350$. They charge you to get your own dental records and you have to wait 7-14 days to get them. If you want them immediately they will just give you a piece of paper with poor quality pictures of your teeth, that is not classified as a reliable medical document. Very unprofessional. All seemed well, the hygienist was sweet…only good part. The Dr spent 5-10 min in the room. He went to the EXTREME and requested a ridiculous amount of work, getting 9 teeth removed….which left ME DEVASTATED! He lacked compassion and was cold. I got my records and went somewhere else to get to get a second opinion… and thank god I did. The Dr I went too, recommendations were only ONE BACK MOLAR removed, and a wisdom tooth. Its WAS NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT THIS DR WANTED TO DO at white plains. This place should be reported to New York State. I wish I could made this up, I also NEVER wrote reviews. Don’t go here. Read other reviews and TURN AWAY !

Everyone there is professional & courteous, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If youre someone who gets anxious about dental work, you should come here. The office is spacious, clean and organized. As for the service, I received an excellent cleaning by the hygenist, Anna, and I have had my teeth cleaned many times by different people, so I know. After the cleaning, I was seen by a young looking dentist who applied flouride to my teeth. She was wonderful too. Both the hygenist and dentist were knowledgeable and answered all questions and provided additional advice too. I felt totally comfortable and received excellent care. I am thrilled to have found such a great dental provider. As an aside, I do not have dental insurance but their rates are reasonable and as a senior i received a 10% discount. This was a welcomed bonus!

Julianna L. STEER CLEAR! I have 4 kids. My first interaction with this place was for an emergency dental visit for my son for swelling. It turned out to be unrelated to his teeth. The dentist seemed friendly enough. The woman at the front desk was soo nice and helpful. The place was quiet and clean. It seemed like I had found the perfect place. However, I don’t know what has happened since then, but my interactions with this place have gone downhill. The women who call me to speak to me about my appointments are rude and abrupt. I’ve called to reschedule a few times and no one answers. I just get transferred to a call center. The final straw for me was my last call with them today. I called to see about paying my balance for my son. At first the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Finally I heard a lot of background noise. So I said hello. And a woman answered in the most bored tone ever. She said hello. I asked her if she was in the actual office or if this was the call center. I thought that would explain all the background noise I heard. Because surely it wouldn’t be someone in the office just answering the phone like that. She said “No, I’m actually in the office” in a tone that implied I was an idiot. So that right there just confirmed my decision that this isn’t the right place for my family and I. I don’t know who answers the phone and then just waits for the person calling to speak. Shouldn’t you greet the person calling and ask how you can help? What kind of customer service is this? Then after I’m done paying, she just hung up. Definitely don’t recommend this place. My search for a dentist continues…
