Abigail Caldwell State Farm is the worst auto insurance. They will cut you off for something that happened a year ago. Ridiculous. And the people in the Tim Ochs office are very snobby and rude over the phone.

Khalid Ahmed I went to this office before 7 years he asked me about my credit score that time I didn’t have credit at all and i went today 2024 he pulled my information about the insurance and he told me your credit score it’s just good our office required to get insurance you have to be above the average I don’t recommend this office at all

Cybil who answered the phone was attentive from the get go in assisting with a complex situation for her client. Cybil went above and beyond even though we were less than a half hour before the agency closed for the evening. She got us the required documents flawlessly the first time and in such a quick manner I was SHOCKED. Steven Silvestri I turned in the plates to my car, brought the receipt to Mr. Friars agency showing that the plates were surrendered and destroyed, and They have lost the paperwork three times and I’m still being charged the policy amount. The staff is very unorganized irresponsible and disrespectful. When I was questioning them, the one lady hangs up on me. Based on this experience, I will never do business with them. PS the lady I was talking to was laughing in the background when I called back and talked to the assistant manager. The assistant manager, a.k.a. the bosses son had no idea what I was talking about. At this point in time I will give this business less than one. I wish I could’ve given them a zero because that is the grade. They deserve.

Amber Switched to nationwide after being with another company for years and paying way too much money for not great coverage. Switching was really easy and the women in the office were super friendly and helpful. Had a crack in my windshield and they were able to get someone out the next day. Also paying a great price for multiple vehicles.

Tricia Gay Really disappointed. After 20 years of my Dad being an Allstate policy holder, He recreantly received a car policy that doubled with no incidents over a 6 month period. I called with my dad (who is elderly) to be a second sets of ears and understanding and we spoke to Courtney she gave us incorrect information and when I went to ask her about deductible and told her what we were quoted from Geico, she snuffed "Fine, then go with the other company." I explained to her that we do not know much about insurance, so we asked questions to clarify. She then hung up! We ended up dropping them and going with Geico and saving $700 per year on the same policy. Its crazy because we wanted to stay with Allstate, but cant tolerate abrasiveness for no reason. I was literally Flabbergasted.
