Stephanie Mateczun I brought my elderly father in for a senior medical pedicure. He lives in an assisted living facility and never gets his feet taken care of. My dad was embarrassed by his unkept feet but Jason was so kind and even treated the flaky skin on his shins. He also filed down his thick nails on his big toes. Liz Alemany Disappointed with the whole service. Took my daughter who had saved her Christmas money for a set of nails. Simple French with a heart on one nail. The girl was really nice but just couldnt do the French tip. I understand not everyone is good at it but if that the case have someone in the salon do it who can. It looks like a toddler did it. Thats after her having to re do about 3 times. The website stated $56 for a full set WITH gel polish. Went to pay and told over $70. Seriously, for a set neither of us was happy with. If the French was extra which is fine....state that!! Theres to many other places that do a better job at a way better price. Dont get me wrong I will gladly pay whatever it is if I am happy with something & its worth it. Sadly today was not the day.

Jessica Shock I went in with nails that had been destroyed by a sloppy acrylic removal. I literally had half of one fingernail missing. I came out with 10 perfect fingernails! The best part is, when I have my overlays removed, my nails will be healthy underneath. Thank you so much for your amazing talent!

If you prefer designs, this is not the place. My nails looked amazing and lasted! She even remembered me after almost a year !!! Highly recommend! Laudan Bailey OK! Where to start I simply could not be happier! Not only is the owner incredibly nice kind soft-spoken, but her establishment is clean and Zen. You don’t have to worry about people on the cell phones waiting an hour to be seen, you simply make your appointment and she is always on time to take you. If you dread having your nails done and dealing with awful people look no further. This place is awesome, I very rarely write reviews, but you won’t regret this trying this place , and I have never been happier with my nails, she truly does perfect nails every time, and her prices are priceless more reasonable than anywhere else in Buffalo ( she does not do nail art )

L B The lady was VERY GOOD and did my nails BEAUTIFULLY! I will keep going there. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this one was actually the nicest!! The lady was very nice!! My daughter wanted hers done after seeing mine and I asked the lady if she was able to do my daughter’s nails after mine and she was. She was so nice! I wish I got her name cause I only want her! So…. Wrote after wards the nails chipped went back got them done again for free a week later AGAIN they chipped. So need to find a new place.

Jaclyn Pendola I got a dip manicure and it was so thick, stuck to my skin and the dip powder color was all over my skin. The top coat had lines in it and one of my nails didn’t have a shine to it which I can only assume it was because she used something to try to remove the color from my skin which I think got on the nail. When I walked outside it looked even worse so I went in to get it fixed and she only put another top coat on. Not to mention, I showed a picture of rounded nails and she gave me square looking nails which had the dip powder looked good I would have let that go. The nail tech tried to tell me it was thick because my nails are short. I ended up going to another place the next day and having them remove my nails and paid for another manicure there because they were so bad. I wish I took a picture to post.Needless to say I will likely not return.

Carly Unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I got dip powder. The nail tech hacked my cuticles and then flooded them with the dip powder and clear coat. Two of my nails broke after 3 days and the dip powder is lifting after 1 week. She did not file down the dip powder so as its growing out theres a ledge. I will likely not return here.

Francesca Battista Everyone in there is so nice and the place is so clean. Making an appointment is super easy, even if it’s for the same day. Kathy is amazing. She always knows what I want and does it perfectly. The pumpkins I got last time I was here and were $43. I just got the blue today and it was $38. Both were acrylic fills and the design brought cost up but I say it’s totally worth it. Will definitely keep coming back until I graduate.

Over time, I’ve stopped asking for anything specific for my manicures and instead just see where Netta’s creativity takes her. I’m hard on my nails and her manicures last longer than any I’ve had. They also don’t damage your nails, so if you want to take a break from manicures, your nails won’t all break as soon as you take the gel off. She is booked and busy, so keep an eye out for cancellations to get on her schedule and keep your appointments. It’s truly such a great experience from start to finish - Netta makes it feel like time with a friend and the salon couldn’t be more serene and inviting. I’ll book every 2 weeks with her forever!

Modern, trends, classic, Netta can do it all. Netta, the owner and operator, is super creative, works quickly and efficiently, very friendly and very welcoming. Netta is in VERY high demand, so if you have the opportunity to have your nails done by her, JUMP on it. I get gel overlay over my natural nails, and rebook every 3 weeks for appointments. She is super accommodating and sends out reminders, its impossible to forget and she gives you multiple opportunities to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner. I could absolutely go WEEKS longer, my nails LAST. Kitchen work, gym 5x a week, I use my hands like crazy and my nails hold up so well. I waited for a couple weeks for a new client appointment, which was super easy and hopped onto a cancellation through her instagram stories no problem. She is competitively priced, communicates effectively, her location is super cute and easy to get to. If you want killer nails and want to support a woman owned small business, Top Coat Nail Lounge is your jam.

Kevin did my nails, and followed the reference I had to a “T”. I came in WITHOUT an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Kevin is a good conversationalist with a steady hand. The actual salon itself is very clean and comfortable. Plus it smelled like vanilla. I don’t typically go to a nail salon more than once but this is definitely now my GO-TO SALON. Their prices are very reasonable. I was charged around $50 because I was given a 10% coupon. Very happy with this experience and their service. 100% would recommend to anyone.

The difference with this shop is that they take their time. My nail beds are very small but she executed my nails perfectly and I still have NO lifting and after 2 weeks. I didn’t feel like one of many customers and they didn’t feel like robots. They made sure I was happy with my nails each step of the way, even going back to fix small imperfections instead of just leaving it that way. The music is always on point, which really helps with the relaxing ambience. I adore this shop and I probably won’t be going anyplace else.
