Ashley Dietrick: I hardly ever write reviews. Today was my first and last visit to this nail salon. My appointment was at 6:15 and I waited a long time to start. I didnt leave until 7:45. They took too many people and there was not enough staff. If that was the only problem, I wouldnt complain, it happens.
Once I was at a station, a tech threw (literally) a blue tab on the water that hit my toe and dyed it blue. This caused my nail tech to dig and dig and dig to get the blue off from around my big toenail from the water dye tablet. I asked for rounded short toe nails three times, never quite got there. My nail tech was not skilled compared to other nail salons I have been to and it shows in the end result. I tried saying things multiple times even though Im super uncomfortable complaining. Including at the very end when I pointed out to the manager/owner that she completely missed part of my pinky toe nail so he CUT IT OFF. Oh and she filed my nails after the gel was cured, which I know breaks the seal.
Pictures show poor finish, uneven toe nail shapes, and bizarrely cut off/ notched out pinky toe nail that was the owners response to me trying to show him how bad it was. Oh and still a little blue in the corner of my big toe. Just horrific. Never going back.
(Still paid and tipped because I am not a horrible human)
Lyneasha Holmes: I usually get my eybrows done here which the do well,but i will never get my nails done here again,unsatisfied .Visable brush lines and lumpy .I also had multiple people doin my nails
Update- one nail broke the 2nd day i got them and on the 3rd day another broke,noticed those two nails where very thin
Kentrice Gadley: They work is great they are very over priced for the facility to look and smell the way it does the whole building smell like mildew there is visible water damage everywhere the towels they warm up for your pedicure smell like mildew really needs an upgrade for the prices they are charging
Lindsey Austin: This shop is kept extremely clean and sanitary. Prices can not be beat in all of WNY! The owners are always friendly, efficient and do great work. Highly recommend!!
Cheryl: This was the first time my daughter and I went here. This place was beautiful to look at and the ladies were very friendly. I was even offered a cup of tea. The owner Kim worked on my nails. Her prices are very reasonable also. She was super kind and understood what I wanted with no hesitation. We will be coming back here. Thank you ladies for a beautiful experience.
Hannah Lee: I love here! I’ve been coming here for a LONG time and I’ve never had any issues. I just wanted to share these really cute nails I got recently here. I was a bit nervous because I knew my nail design request was a bit more high maintenance. But to my relief,the manager and the workers were so encouraging. They thought my nail design idea was cute. I love the new renovations they did to the store too.
Edit: I’ve had this manicure for 3 weeks and IT WONT BUDGE. I’ve actually never had a gel manicure stay this long. I’m a person who uses their hands a lot so I excepted for my manicure to start peeling. But so far no sign of any imperfections!
Autumn Gabrielle: I’m not certain which lovely lady took care of my nails, but I truly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of supplies were all exceptional. As soon as I sat down, I was offered the choice between UV gel and gel X, both of which I know well. I’ve always wanted to try UV gel, so I decided to go for it, and I’m thrilled with the results. I will definitely be coming back. While it is a bit on the expensive side, the experience is worth it! Thank you once more!
Caroline Smyth: Highly recommend this nail salon. Had the pleasure of visiting for the first time this afternoon and truly had a wonderful experience with Angela. She was kind, courteous and also did a fantastic job with both my powder nails and pedicure. The callus removal is a must! Looking forward to coming back next time. Also recommend Helen and Eric! Will be back
