Stephanie Brock I had a wonderful experience for my first visit here. I had SNS done with Karina and I brought photos in of detail work I wanted done which she replicated beautifully. I didn’t feel rushed and got a great back massage too. Pricing was incredibly fair. Highly recommend!

Cam S Just moved to Wading River and thought I’d try a local place. Called about 30 min before to make sure they were available. When I came in about 5 min before my appointment, they were surprised and rushed me to pick a color, which I could understand if they were actually busy and had done a good job at least.
I think the photos speak for themselves. I took them the next day. This is supposed to be a powder manicure… You can still see the old polish under in the corner of some nails! And the gel top coat on my skin, just no comment... Not only does it look bad, but it can also cause severe life long allergies. Look it up, it’s extremely reckless and unacceptable.
Clearly the customers aren’t a priority here.
Extremely rushed and on top of that they were kind of rude. She yelled at me to switch hands on the uv lamp, didn’t even say thank you for my $10 tip, which I shouldn’t have left, but that’s on me. I’m non-confrontational and just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.
I’ve never felt compelled to leave a bad review like this. Usually I like to give the benefit of doubt, but I had no time to fix them right away and had to go a full week with a constant reminder of how I was taken advantage by this place and decided I had to warn others because I read the good reviews when I decided to come here and even if this was just a one-off experience, I think it speaks for itself and people need to know before deciding to give their $$ to this place.
Oh, and they totally gossip about the clients right in front of them. I took a beginner Chinese class years ago and could catch bits and pieces of what they were saying and it was not nice! People can sense it even if they don’t speak your language, but I guess they don’t care as long as they can slam the receipt in front of you and point with their finger where you need to sign.
