Jennifer N The younger gentleman rushed through a deluxe pedicure. He spent a minute on the message, not worth the extra expense. I chose a white polish that was streaked with black spots, sloppily painted. It was very disappointing . I will never use their services again! Please see the photos!

Christina Clowes Overfamiliar, bullish, and rude owners. Too busy talking nonstop to focus on what they’re doing. I left with cuts on 5 of my fingers due to the lack of focus and attention. The fact that they respond only to those individuals that they must not have maimed and gave them a decent review, says everything you need to know about these folks. The most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to. Will never be coming back.

Sarah Salmon I rent at sola and the environment is amazing! Always clean, all the tenants are kind and friendly. If you ever have a concern it is resolved immediately. I’ve rented suites at other establishments previously and they do not compare. Take your business to the next level and come tour Sola!

Pranitha Reddy EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience! There are no PROFESSIONAL nail artists here. What’s worse, they won’t even tell you upfront if they can do the design you ask for. After several attempts, they finally admitted they COULDN’T do it, and then told me they ‘DIDN’T HAVE TIME.’ Unbelievable! Total waste of TIME and MONEY. They were more focused on running their personal errands leaving customers behind. Avoid this place if you’re looking for QUALITY service.

Mak C Basic gel manicure. 35$ - Salon itself has a color scheme of white, grey & black so its not overwhelming inside. Its also very clean. They had a wide variety of polish colors and dips all along the walls. The woman I had was smiling big and was welcoming. One thing I will say is F45 Gym is pretty disrespectful for blasting music that loud. I understand fully attached businesses are bound to have problems like that but the volume of that music is completely unacceptable. Especially when people are paying salon prices and want to relax. I would complain to the complex management.

Emily Scherer First visit and was extremely pleased with my fill and polish. They made sure I was happy with color, shape and style. The pedicure I received was second to none, the kind lady did a thorough, amazing job, so relaxing. Very clean salon and a comfortable family environment. One of the best nail experiences I have enjoyed in a long time!

Kylisha Tarver I was recommend by a friend, GREAT SERVICE! Very soothing. They put fruit and flowers in your water, exfoliate your feet/ legs, provide warm towels, massage your legs with hot stones, provide champaign, and so much more i left an hour ago and my legs still feel minty hahaha.

Tiffy F Highly recommend services at La Rosè nails! Linda is my go to person for my nails she is always on beat. Very professional, patient, and kind. She listens to my wild nail ideas and always ready to be creative. Ive had the pleasure to experience Mimosa pedicure from one of the other staff. I enjoyed so much I took my husband back to get the same one. The atmosphere is clean, usually quiet, and small.

Ceciyyah Colvin I had such a great time at Buffalo Nail and Spa over Mother’s Day weekend! Andy did my pedicure and honestly, it was the best one I’ve ever had. Andy took his time and made the whole experience super relaxing. Plus, he’s so friendly and has such a great personality. I also got a gel manicure from Jason and I love how it turned out. It was just what I was hoping for. I’ve been searching for a good nail technician for a while, and I’m so happy I finally found this place. I’ll definitely be back for a more detailed pedicure next time. Highly recommend

Samantha Sessamen Service is unpredictable. My first appointment was wonderful - super friendly staff, very gentle manicure, beautiful job (orange nails). Second visit the staff didnt greet me, shouted from the back to see what I wanted, I had questions about the nail polish but no one came up to talk to me. The tech was so kind but very rough. Four of my fingers ended up bleeding from over clipping my cuticles and then slicing me with too aggressive filing at the end. (Light pink nails)

Beth Yuskiw I visited Buffalo Nails & Spa for a manicure as a walk-in this afternoon. I was greeted upon walking in the door with a smile and warm welcome. I was immediately impressed with the size of the salon and the services offered. If you’re looking for a salon that offers everything from manicures, back massages, facials, nail design, just to name a few of the services offered, Buffalo Nails & Spa would be the place. I would highly recommend Andy, the nail technician who serviced my nails today. He’s incredibly skilled and his attention to detail was well received, especially when repairing a nail that had split in the middle of my thumb nail. He’s also a talented nail art designer and would love to work with you to design a custom set of nails that matches your personality. They just opened four months ago and are next to Paula’s Donuts located on Transit Road in Williamsville.

Morgyn Maresco Danny is amazing!!! I have been seeing him for my nails for the last 3 years. He is efficient, quick, friendly, and can do any vision you have. Call and make an appointment before you go :)

Saima Mir I recently visited Zen Nails for a basic pedicure , which cost $40. I was told it would take 30 minutes, but the whole process was rushed and completed in 20 minutes. The service was definitely not what I expected. The description for the basic manicure included a cooling gel massage, but that was never done. When I asked the manager about it, she informed me that the cooling gel massage had been "canceled." However, this wasn’t communicated to me beforehand, even though it was clearly listed on their service menu. To make matters worse, when I politely asked why I wasn’t informed of this change, the manager was incredibly rude. She insisted that I should have confirmed every single detail of the service, despite it being clearly listed on their service sheet. It felt like they were trying to cover up their mistake instead of owning up to it. Overall, this experience felt like a scam, and I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my nail care from now on.

Bella The staff is super friendly and I love that they usually have a show playing on their TV. Kenny does my nails, and he always does such an amazing job. The shaping is always perfect and exactly what I ask for. Cute nails is the only place Ive gone to for a year now, and I never have walked out of there upset. I tend to get more complicated designs, but Kenny always makes them exactly like the photo. I love this place so much.

Miss P Dissatisfied Customer- Never going back! I have two reviews based on my acrylic nails & pedicure: Acrylic nails: The guy who made my nails did not push my nail beds in or start the acrylic at the edge of my nails. I think this was intentional so i come back for a fill in no time. Within 4 days, I could see my nail beds already & within 3 days the chrome design was going off. The picture is what the $100 acrylic nails at BTB nails looks like after 7 days. I have never done acrylic nails that aged under a week. I called I told them I would like a fill & repaint but i was out of town and won’t be back till the 8th day, they said they don’t rectify issues after 5 days. Awesome way to lose a customer & get a bad review. Pedicure: Don’t waste your time getting a pedicure here. They don’t take “any” time to remove the callus. They just run the grater over your legs nonchalantly & tell you they don’t do “that kind of pedicure here”. Infact the lady became hostile cos I told her to try clearing up my legs a little as it looked so bad after activating the calluses with the grater and leaving my legs with patches of visible callus. Generally, I paid a total of $154 and all I got was bad service - nails & pedicure. I would not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

Rebecca Zalenski My daughter and I received amazing service at BTB Nails. All of the staff were welcoming to us. The facility is immaculate. There are walls full of colors to choose from. We both received manicures with dip powder and a nail design. We could not be happier and will definitely be returning! Edited to add after a second visit: BTB Nails has done it again! I absolutely love the vibrant summer color and texture of the lemon design! I will never go anywhere else for my nails again!

The shop is clean and comfortable Moni is my nail tech she is very professional and talented I love her work . She also has a lash tech available that’s also has very good work. If you want good quality work don’t hesitate to come in .

Kalila Shorter I did a walk in here once and I loved the set she did for me but the second time i made an appointment for I believe 11 am and when I showed up doors where locked and lights where off. I called multiple times and there were no answers.

Elizabeth Nunziato Lilly & family are the OG nail techs in Snyder, we are lucky to have this gem! Every time its perfection with a smile at a fair price. They are always open to the latest trend I saw on Pinterest, and kindly responsive to feedback if you want a nail trimmed a bit more, dont like the color you already chose, etc. They have a small staff so be sure to make an appointment if you can.

Alicia Lucy I like the manicure but didn’t love the nail shaping technique I asked for oval and kept having to ask for her to make it more skinny/round. I wish they had a greater color selection. Also the gel isn’t too smooth, several air bubbles the camera didn’t grab too well.

Zi Zi On 9/12/2024, I came in for a gel manicure. The woman who did my manicure cut me and I was bleeding around two different nails. I wanted to properly wash my hands and disinfect the area. I have seen horror stories of people getting painful infections from salons. She put some green liquid on my cuts trying to stop the blood, but couldn’t communicate what the green liquid was. She used a piece of paper towel that was used and sitting on the counter to dab the blood. She didn’t even get a clean piece of paper towel! I had enough! I understand cuts happen occasionally, but using a dirty paper towel to clean a cut is disgusting. I told her I was going to wash my hands and clean the blood. She said my nails were not dry and began to yell at me. She wouldn’t let me wash my hands! I decided to end the service. A business that doesn’t see the importance of cleaning a bleeding cut is most likely not properly cleaning and disinfecting tools. I’m not risking it, especially because she wasn’t wearing gloves. Although she didn’t finish my nails and was extremely rude, the owner wanted $20. There was no way I was paying anything. This business needs to be investigated and do better. The way I was treated was disgusting. I’m seriously disappointed in Sparkle Nails.

Dana Warner WORST place I have ever got my nails gone!!! The guy rushed through and and didn’t use the proper nail polish for gel nails so everything started chipping the moment I left. He just pretended to use the gel polish to charge me extra. He never even asked me if I wanted gel he just took out the machine and put my hand in the machine…. On top of that did not remove my cuticles and all my nails are very loose and not glued on properly. They are hanging on by a thread and it’s only been 3 days since I got my nails done. Next time I will pay more to get a better service in NYC!!!

NinaK The salon is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I’ve been to a few salons in the Buffalo area and had horrible experiences. I am a nail technician myself, but sometimes like for someone else to do them (because I’m lazy haha) … so I am VERY picky about my nails because of this. I would also like to mention that I am Vietnamese. The first time I came here, I didn’t mention that about myself. They did not talk poorly about me or any of the clients inside the salon. They honestly really didn’t speak in our language much at all, I know that this can sometimes make clients uncomfortable when it happens, so this is why I am sharing that. Crystal serviced me both times that I came here and she was gentle and did a phenomenal job. Attached is a photo of my nails right after leaving the salon, and the second is a little over two weeks (sorry about the different lighting). They are obviously grown out, but none of them were cracked, chipped, lifting, or broken. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

Hannah Foss Absolutely wonderful, extremely clean and bright. I had to to a different salon that butchered my fingers and my nails, and I came into Elegant Nails for a better experience. I most certainly got the best experience, not a single cut, they were extremely careful and professional. I picked out colors and explained what I wanted and asked for some guidance, I completely changed my mind once I was shown other colors and options. Will continue going back time and time again!

Mary I have gone to another local place for years, but the last year I have gone they rush and my nails look awful. I went to Elegant Nails today to find but quality and I sure found it! They are quick, but no quality was spared. My nails look wonderful, very natural! Im so happy to have found my new nail salon!

Margie Weber I have been a customer 3 yrs. I find husband and wife owners are congenial and welcoming. The atmosphere is one if light conversation amd jokes by the husband. The wife is sweet and never forgets a customer. Their other employee is friendly and you feel welcomed. Their new location a few blocks down Transit is absolutely gorgeous.The owner chose the flooring, textured walks and colors. She can always fall back on interior decorating.

I’ve gone to a lot of nail salons trying to find the right one that I’d like but it’s been a long process. I felt very comfortable, I was taken right when I got there, my nails came out so pretty and nicely done. The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are so nice! Defiantly the place to go to relax and feel comfortable while getting your nails done. I’ll defiantly be coming back! ❤️

Jackie Kowal I have been a client of Nail Envy for approximately three to four years, and they are truly exceptional. My nail technician, Kristy, performs amazing work; she is professional, incredibly friendly, precise, and her work is flawless. Having gotten my nails done for over 30 years at numerous salons, this is arguably one of the best Ive experienced. The salon is very clean and efficient; I appreciate the appointment-only system, which avoids waiting for a technician. Their prices are reasonable; I get the dip service, and my nails rarely break. Kristy is also outstanding at pedicures—the best Ive ever had. I have issues with ingrown toenails, which most salons hesitate to treat, but she removes them painlessly and effortlessly. In short, she is amazing! The salon is very clean, organized, and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting any needed services at this salon; you will not regret it.

CL Plano I am very disappointed with the end result of my pedicure. Change of ownership/manager since moving from the old location? My skin was red and blistered after the service. A walk-in (another business owner)was taken before the customer next to me who had an appointment. That should have been a red flag, poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Tiffany M Lovely staff. And right next to my gym! They were very inviting and welcoming like one big family. The interior was luxurious. It was easy to book an appointment and have my questions answered. Kim was very patient with me and did an amazing job on my set. The woman who gave me a pedicure was also friendly and warm to me. Liz Alemany Disappointed with the whole service. Took my daughter who had saved her Christmas money for a set of nails. Simple French with a heart on one nail. The girl was really nice but just couldnt do the French tip. I understand not everyone is good at it but if that the case have someone in the salon do it who can. It looks like a toddler did it. Thats after her having to re do about 3 times. The website stated $56 for a full set WITH gel polish. Went to pay and told over $70. Seriously, for a set neither of us was happy with. If the French was extra which is fine....state that!! Theres to many other places that do a better job at a way better price. Dont get me wrong I will gladly pay whatever it is if I am happy with something & its worth it. Sadly today was not the day.

Michael Gail Lenney Took my granddaughter for her birthday and we both got a Mani Pedi. We were greeted right away with a smile and a hello. We picked our colors and started with the Pedi. Been open 18 years and been in the USA 19 years from Vietnam. Tina speaks very good english and chatted with us the whole time. Tony told me the price and he did my Pedi. Very clean place and very good prices. Will definitely go back there again. Thanks Tina and Tony for making my granddaughters birthday present great.

Kentrice Gadley They work is great they are very over priced for the facility to look and smell the way it does the whole building smell like mildew there is visible water damage everywhere the towels they warm up for your pedicure smell like mildew really needs an upgrade for the prices they are charging

Tricia Grannum They burned my skin with nail glue, and cut my fingers, trying to pull the glue off. Then proceeded to pop off rhinestones when I complained and ask for a refund as the service was horrible, and the man doing my nails did not know what he was doing. My nails are lumpy and thick. There was acrylic all over my fingers and glue all over my fingers. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
