5 /5 Hannah Foss: Absolutely wonderful, extremely clean and bright. I had to to a different salon that butchered my fingers and my nails, and I came into Elegant Nails for a better experience. I most certainly got the best experience, not a single cut, they were extremely careful and professional. I picked out colors and explained what I wanted and asked for some guidance, I completely changed my mind once I was shown other colors and options. Will continue going back time and time again!

They are quick, but no quality was spared. My nails look wonderful, very natural! Im so happy to have found my new nail salon!

5 /5 Margie Weber: I have been a customer 3 yrs. I find husband and wife owners are congenial and welcoming. The atmosphere is one if light conversation amd jokes by the husband. The wife is sweet and never forgets a customer. Their other employee is friendly and you feel welcomed. Their new location a few blocks down Transit is absolutely gorgeous.The owner chose the flooring, textured walks and colors. She can always fall back on interior decorating.

Elizabeth Nunziato: Lilly & family are the OG nail techs in Snyder, we are lucky to have this gem! Every time its perfection with a smile at a fair price. They are always open to the latest trend I saw on Pinterest, and kindly responsive to feedback if you want a nail trimmed a bit more, dont like the color you already chose, etc. They have a small staff so be sure to make an appointment if you can.

Miss P: Dissatisfied Customer- Never going back! I have two reviews based on my acrylic nails & pedicure: Acrylic nails: The guy who made my nails did not push my nail beds in or start the acrylic at the edge of my nails. I think this was intentional so i come back for a fill in no time. Within 4 days, I could see my nail beds already & within 3 days the chrome design was going off. The picture is what the $100 acrylic nails at BTB nails looks like after 7 days. I have never done acrylic nails that aged under a week. I called I told them I would like a fill & repaint but i was out of town and won’t be back till the 8th day, they said they don’t rectify issues after 5 days. Awesome way to lose a customer & get a bad review. Pedicure: Don’t waste your time getting a pedicure here. They don’t take “any” time to remove the callus. They just run the grater over your legs nonchalantly & tell you they don’t do “that kind of pedicure here”. Infact the lady became hostile cos I told her to try clearing up my legs a little as it looked so bad after activating the calluses with the grater and leaving my legs with patches of visible callus. Generally, I paid a total of $154 and all I got was bad service - nails & pedicure. I would not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

Antoinette Biszick: Will never go here again. The woman doing my pedicure was very careless with my toenails. She hit the edge of my toenail very hard which caused hematoma, which left an ugly black mark of pooled blood on my toenail. Looking forward to the day it grows out. Thank you very much!

Lisa nancy Mungiovi: Amazing staff! Came to the nail salon in a crisis! My nail was hanging off from a prior salon attempting to remove my wrap incorrectly. Greeted by pleasant welcoming staff. Nancy came to rescue! She took her time to remove each and every wrap on my other nails and repair my ripped finger nail. After, she transformed my nails into what I thought was impossible. One of the most beautiful pink and white acrylics I’ve had done. Nancy has a wonderful skill set and experience with services such as pink and white the average nail technician does not. Thank you Nancy and staff! You have a new forever customer!

Liz G: Very relaxing nail salon and spa. I always feel good about their services. However, I noticed that my gel manicure was not painted all the way to the cuticle. This is what my nail job looks like only 2-3 days after I got them done. Why? I guess I have been very stressed and very exhausted with my job that I didn’t have time to micro-manage them — which honestly should not be MY responsibility. I need THEM to do better. I paid about $140 for a gel manicure and spa pedicure (w/ 10 min foot massage). My stuff needs to be on point. In this economy?! Please. Do not play any games. I feel like I wasted my money. And they never seem to say thank you after getting a tip. Disrespectful.

Tayo: They yelled at me after their employee made a mistake and cut my nails too short. I politely said that’s too short I will just pay for tips. They were very mean and unprofessional, it was embarrassing for me. And after all that, I left with my nails looking like this ! Bad experience and won’t be going back.

Jennifer Castrova: I had a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I picked an OPI color and the next day the color started disappearing as if they added acetone to their polishes. I went back That next day and they had me choose a different color. They repainted my nails only (not my toes) and I tipped them again. The polish on my nails is also now starting to look semi sheer and not well painted. When I went back the third time and asked them to open a brand new polish, they told me I have to pay extra for them to do my feet and hands again. DO NOT waste your TIME or MONEY @RockyPointNails!

My skin feels so soft now. Diane is so nice. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I am looking for ward to going back for the body scrub/polish and facials. Everyone I spoke to there were really nice.
