Alyssa Recently had a poor experience. The males working did not listen to any specifics and were not hygienic with services. One clearly was brand new and experimenting on paying customers. Dirty gloves were worn that likely were used all day on multiple guests, no one washed their hands or sanitized their stations, and there is great concern tools were not clean and new. Sad to see this place go down hill after years of good service.

OP Rains I used to come here a lot. Im not sure Ill be back. The place was dirty and dusty. While my nails and toes look good, I found myself wondering if the tools used were clean and sanitized.

Gina Peterson The staff always gets my nails painted perfect and feet feel amazing after. The price is right for a polish every two weeks. Always a lot of fun and very clean.

Mike K This place was awesome and very unexpected. Ive gone for coffee a few times on Sunday mornings which was good. Went for beers the other night and will be coming back for sure. Someone had a plate of wings that looked decent, so decided to order some. Wow - they were fantastic. Up there will the best in Rochester. Crispy, saucy, perfectly cooked and huge. The place feels too clean and was very bright for after 9PM, but that is because Im too used to Kellys...

Beth Bergstrom We went here for the first time on a Sat morning around 11 and it was pretty busy so they said it would be about 25 minutes to get our food. No problem. We got a piece of crumb cake to share in the meantime and waited. And waited. After almost an hour and we saw people who came in after us getting their food, we asked a worker to check on our order. She apologized and said they had lost our order and it was never made. We got a refund and left. Not sure if we will try again. There is at least plenty of seating and relatively clean. The garbage was starting to overflow but we didn’t stay any longer to see how that worked out.

Trish A Came here for the first time yesterday with a small group and was very disappointed. When we approached the front to order we were told food would be a 25 minute wait. That was fine, since we were planning to chat and catch up anyways. An hour later, and people who came in after us are getting their food so we approach the front and ask about ours. They go to the back and check and then tell us that the food is coming right out. They couldnt find the boneless wings to cook them. Apparently what that meant was that instead of telling us or anything, they cooked the food for the people with me, let it sit for a half hour and get cold, and then offered an insincere apology about how they just couldnt find the boneless wings..? They managed to find the wings, all six of them, and started cooking them. My companions ate their cold food, I got some old, cold fries to munch on, and then I got my boneless wings 20 minutes later. Will not return.

Sadie Pelkey I absolutely love My Kim Nail! I have been going for over 10 years now. Jen almost always chooses the color and design on my nails and I have NEVER left unhappy! Jen and Dan are genuine people who not only do amazing work but always put a smile on your face as well! This is the only nail salon I’ve been to that I leave over joyed every single time!

Lima Abed I LOVE her work! She does an amazing job. I’ve been going to her for my manicures for almost two years , and I absolutely love my nails every time!

Maggie Standley I love My Kim Nail! I went for the first time in September or was it the end of August after waiting a week or so for an appointment. The whole atmosphere and owners really lifted my stressed out mode and I got a great pedi! They are funny and warm and it was worth the wait. Ty My Kim Nail!!

Kelsey ORourke I’ve been to Indulge nails a few times before, mostly for pedicures. They have a really nice Jelly bath one for a reasonable price. Today I got a French gel manicure on my natural nails. I requested Allison because she always does a great job on my pedicures. It was my first time going to her for a manicure and she did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the design. They give you a little back massage and paraffin wax with the manicure service. They also give you coupons if you use cash. Highly satisfied and would definitely return.

Gabrielle This place sucked. I saw Alison who seemed to be recommended by others on here. I got a pedicure. She barely trimmed my cuticles, seemed scared to use the pedicure file and scared to massage. Would never come back. Go to Pretty On Park in Rochester and see Steven - worth the drive!! Or Pro Nail Salon in Gates and see Tim!

Blairs Have gotten my nails done twice at this salon by the same guy. He has cut my toe with the cuticle cutters and caused me to bleed. The second time I went he filed my nails too short they are super thin and bending. Wouldn’t recommend

Colleen Alderman They talked very loud to one another. I got a pedi which was not great the polish was gummy and was all bumpy when it dried. Worst 40.00 I ever spent

Games Donot Went with my teen as a nice girls date. Her nails came out crooked, which was brought to everyones attention before they continued but not fixed, then we were upcharged by $10 without warning for a hand painted accent nail. The only saving grace was the women that did pedicures was pleasant and did a good job. I was hoping to make this a regular stop for us but that wont be happening.

E Fanaro It was very friendly and opening, loved being here! Great service. The only problem I have is that when she was filing she made my cuticle bleed, it was an accident and she apologized and was very sorry. Im definitely coming here again Id recommend it to anyone.
