1 /5 Emily OHanlon: The second I stepped in the shop the people who ran the place were extremely rude. They looked at me, asked me what I wanted, I said I had a 530 apt for a manicure. They didn’t respond, tell me to pick a color, say hello, anything. I sat down and they saw me a half an hour later after my appointment time- at 6 pm. The woman who did my nails did not ask me what I wanted, just proceeded to cut all my nails all the way down to the tip of my finger. This cut off all natural nail I had been trying to grow. I became frustrated as she was not asking me what I wanted or listening to me, so they put me with another person to finish my nails. He was also rude, kept his headphones in the entire time, acting like I was bothering him every time I had a question. When I did have a question, the responses were rude and clipped, or there was no response at all. They didn’t even tell me the hand towels were in the warmer next to the sink (that’s not see through or labeled), it’s as if they expected me to know where everything was in the shop even though I had never been there before.
I WILL NEVER go back to this salon. I would never suggest this salon to any of my friends or family. If I could give less than one star I would. To treat new customers this way, doesn’t seem to be the best way to retain customers. I never write reviews but I was so upset when I left this shop, I’m 7 months pregnant mind you, that I definitely felt I had to share my experience. The nails weren’t bad I will say that, but the customer service ruined the experience for me. If you go here expect to be treated less than.
