I brought in a 75 year old family heirloom from my fiancé and it came back to me looking brand new. Nancy was so warm, welcoming and made you feel comfortable with any choice being made. Nancy’s son Mike, who did the work on my ring, made sure to tell me what would be done and reassured me everything would be perfect. My ring came out more than perfect! Going to a family owned business where they take the time to care for the customers wishes, is the best choice you can make. They build trust in their clients. Not only did they do an amazing job of fixing it, they also cleaned it up and gave it back to me looking better than the day I got it. On top of that the service was super friendly, and they do the work in-house so the whole process only took a few days. We brought in my grandmother’s ring, and they helped us reimagine her diamonds into a beautiful, custom design. The process was so thoughtful and detail-oriented, with 3D-rendered designs and even 3D-printed versions to try on before the final ring was made. The end result was absolutely stunning, and the price was fantastic. We will definitely be returning for all our future jewelry needs!
