1 /5 Sage Brunelle: Brought my grandmother up to go to this store, and the store never opened. This is the second or third time we experienced this same exact thing at this location. Today we waited from approximately 10-11:20am and still no one showed up to open. My grandma is very upset with this experience, she just wanted to shop for some Brighton jewelry :(

1 /5 Kylee Bristol: Store hours say they close at 7. Attempted to get into the store around 6:25pm and they were closed. Just sad seeing as though Lake George is packed and they just lost the opportunity to make some sales.

I absolutely love it and Carl and everyone there were so nice and accommodating. Had to have 2 links taken off and they were able to do it same day so I wouldn’t have to come back.
