We also purchase all of our children’s jewelry here , he makes beautiful custom jewelry as well. My favorite necklace pieces are also from Michael and my husband also purchased a Rolex from him as well. I highly recommend! Very professional , clean and great prices !

I also upgraded and get a bigger stone and he brought over over 10 diamonds to choose from. He found my husband a Rolex at an amazing price which is a plus because it was near impossible to find the one he wanted in the first place. 5 /5 Richard Hubert: I have a Citizen satellite watch which has been , to use a phrase, "acting up." Citizen recommends Michael as an authorized dealer, but he is more than that. He is a superstar fixer of Citizen watches. And a thoughtful and kind man to boot. I cant recommend Michael & Sons enthusiastically enough. Additionally, he has a wealth of watches and jewelery and rings for sale. His shop is a hidden gem at the Westchester Mall. Search him out--on the third level!

Mona: I purchased two necklaces, one for my daughter of the cat reaching for the butterfly and one for myself of the Christmas manger scene. (I just couldnt resist). I showed them to my husband and he thought they were so well done that he insisted I order one with the cat since it was very much like my sweet cat, Wall-e. The way the cat reaches out for the butterfly is exactly the way Wall-e reaches out and touches my face and sometimes lays his paw on my hand. I had taught him to sit and shake and he has devised his own touch method by touching and looking straight into my eyes to make sure Im paying attention. He is very gentle. It melts my heart and that necklace will be just perfect. I love the designs and quality!

Sky King: This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend

P C: 07/18/2025 Ive purchased things in the store and had jewelry repaired many times in the past. Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered! I came in to have a piece of jewelry repaired. The man was so rude ,he stayed in the back told me I had to wait 3 minutes so that he could finish eating , and insisted I wait and refused to come out and serve me. If he was that hungry he should have locked the doors , so no one could come into the store . I have never in my life experienced anything so awful! He stated he is the owner, which I find very hard to believe. He was downright rude and needs to be reported!
