N: Agent doesn’t know much when comes to claims part of insurance! He won’t fight for you and just does what company says. I would think twice before purchasing insurance!! Trust me!!!!! When the going gets tough the agent is nowhere to be found!!! Sad!!!! I did everything w out the agent. He was not knowledgeable Sold a bare minimum policy w non recoverable depreciation. Who does that???? There is a matching endorsement, he never offered that!! How will he make it right!!
