    Nicholas Romo: The previous negative comments about Ed Mazza’s past tenant experiences must be true. Ed Mazza rented an office space to me that was never cleaned, had not been painted ever, a stained and frayed rug, and mice. As an owner of business that faces the public I spent a significant amount of money cleaning and restoring the office. The lease states in clear language the deposit will be returned in 30 days. It is past 30 days now and my phone calls and emails are not being returned. Yes, the office space was commercially painted and it was clean. The space was cleaner than the first day of my lease. Renters beware, both commercial and residential, if Ed Mazza does not honor the lease that he wrote for me and the other Google reviews will he honor the lease you sign with him and maintain your future home or commercial space. Are his actions or inactions racially motivated?
