From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock. I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. I reached out to Carlee explaining what I knew I did not like and left the rest up to the Her Rock team and my Fiancee. My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. At the end of the day, I have so many wonderful things to say about Her Rock. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my ring. A special shout out to Carlee for being so incredibly knowledgable, patient, and kind during the entire process. We appreciate you so much! You made life long customers of us.

    Kathleen Lombardo: This place was such a great find for my husband and I. My engagement ring was purchased from them and we went back to get our wedding bands and our gifts to one another. They custom-made my band wedding band to fit my engagement ring perfectly. It’s unique, gorgeous and they gave us a great deal! My favorite part is they let us hand pick the stones and view them under a microscope. They were super accommodating, answered alllll of our questions and were always warm, kind and knowledgeable. This really is an excellent business. The prices are affordable and we knew all along we were in good hands.
