From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock. I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. I reached out to Carlee explaining what I knew I did not like and left the rest up to the Her Rock team and my Fiancee. My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. At the end of the day, I have so many wonderful things to say about Her Rock. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my ring. A special shout out to Carlee for being so incredibly knowledgable, patient, and kind during the entire process. We appreciate you so much! You made life long customers of us.

When my now husband and I started talking marriage plans, I told him that I really wanted a lab grown diamond (ethical) and would love to also support a small business. To my surprise, we found HerRock, a local business that offered free consultation and design services. We decided to check it out and Im so glad we did! During the process Bree helped educate us, patiently answered many questions, and never made us feel any pressure about our budget. We designed a custom wedding ring and then later on, customized our bands too! We are so in love with how everything turned out, they are just us! On top of all that, Bree is an incredibly attentive and caring business woman.
