Five Star Bank - Warsaw Edward Smathers: One of the worst customer experiences ever. No online payment, other than auto transfer. They lost our check: we placed a stop payment on it per their instructions (our bank charged $30) and then the check showed up. They attempted to cash the stopped check and sent us a notice that we would be charged a $20 return check fee. Spent an hour on the phone to find the guy who suggested the stop payment... Still on hold. Ultimately we were told to talk to our bank about the stop check fee, and they would place a note in the system to remove the $20 return charge, and to make sure to pay our next payment (really??).
NEVER work with these guys!!!
