Very rude customer service, the lady sighed and looked at me like I was absolute garbage for even asking. Will never come here again and will advise others to do the same.

I rang the bell at the front he looked me up and down at my work clothes through the window and pointed at the sign saying appointment only this would be ok if it wasnt for the fact he was so dismissive. Very very rude behaviour.

John Shannon: If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered my wedding band from them and Christian who helped us ordered the wrong metal color. This was only caught three weeks after calling for an update on the ring. Got told a rush order would be put in and that they’d follow up but it took me following up 4 times over two weeks to ultimately hear the correct ring would not be here in time for my wedding. Now a week out, I have no ring and was just offered a sorry from the associate and customer service. If you are going to buy something from here, do not work with Christian and instead only work with Lee.

What truly made our visit special was the kindness of Teddy, who not only assisted me but also went above and beyond by gifting my daughter a beautiful pair of earrings and a lovely bracelet. We felt so valued and appreciated during our time there. I will definitely be returning to Oro Puro 2 for all my future jewelry purchases.
