1 /5 Stacie: I went to this office to have them help me turn in paperwork they wanted for my continuous driver proof. I was treated terrible the women refused to unlock the door and I am going thru cancer treatment and I am not supposed to be outside. So I spoke to her over the phone from outside the office door and she refused to help me and tried to say they don’t handle insurance gotten from the internet even though it was progressive insurance. I had a panic attack as I needed help and she refused. I called the company and I was told she is not allowed to refuse to help me and that there was no reason for her to send me away. She also said they are supposed to be letting people inside and not treating people like Covid is still a big deal. I am changing insurance company’s due to this and I suggest you do the same. Who wants an insurance company that’s supposed to be there for you to treat you like that, about a time sensitive matter that I really needed help with!
