Taylor Beauvais: The prices were fine but cancelling insurance plans is far more difficult than it needs to be and communications were abysmal. I told them a month ahead of time that were were leaving the country and would be cancelling our Auto insurance. They notified me we would need to hand in license plate return receipts. We worked with the person who would be buying our car and emailed the agency the appropriate paperwork. After that, not another word from them. A month later we start getting notifications about late fees and back payments and all this other stuff. I mailed the documents to them again, still nothing. I emailed them a 3rd time and sent the document in 3 different file formats. They only respond to every 3rd email or so and trying to call will only lead to you speaking with a particularly rude secretary with no interest in answering questions. This has been a huge pain in the butt. I cannot recommend this agency because of this poor customer service that has wasted a lot of time and money for myself and my family.
