When I was finally able to reach Penny herself (not easy to do) she justified the disgusting actions of her employee and went on to use more vulgar and threatening language with me. I was extremely shaken after an accident and all this firm did was make it worse

I was very respectful to this women and I was relegated very poorly in return. I will definitely not ever recommend a customer to this location. I would have given her a zero and hope you replay her call with me.
