I asked simple and polite questions and was verbally assaulted by Penny’s employee including extremely vulgar language before she hung up on me. When I was finally able to reach Penny herself (not easy to do) she justified the disgusting actions of her employee and went on to use more vulgar and threatening language with me. I was extremely shaken after an accident and all this firm did was make it worse

The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️
