U.S. Social Security Administration - Monticello Melissa Miller: I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the Monticello SSA. I came in without an appointment, registered, completed my paperwork and met with a representative in 15 minutes. Although every pen had been stolen from the lobby and booths, the security guard was nice and lent me one. The clerk was very friendly, efficient and clear about next steps. In comparison with many other government offices, I think they did a great job. Kudos!
