1 /5 Biswajit Sarker: Don’t understand why BofA paying workers here in this location. The girls work here told me to go another location while they simply can login my account and solve the problem. Worst customer service ever.

1 /5 Will Lee: They are rarely open and you can only use the ATM from 9- 4 , that’s ridiculous , why bother . What kind of help is this . At least put am ATM outside then

1 /5 V Shax: I had an experience with one of your employees, and they helped me, but… I can only access the ATM on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM because you removed the scanner to enter inside. And on weekends, they’re closed. This is the only ATM in the entire area. It’s terrible. BOFA is a very common bank, and yet you can’t install more ATMs?

1 /5 Anamul Hoque: I came to deposit money at 5 AM to send it to someone. Guess what? They literally removed the device where you could tap your phone to open the door. Seriously? They should not deserve the 1 star also .

1 /5 steve brule: ATMs used to be open 24 hours until very recently. Why even bother leaving this open now, might as well shut it down.
