Khaled alkaawani I Usually skip at least one or two branches on my way to get to this branch every time I need to go to the bank. Never have a problem in this place unlike Fordham Rd branch or the one on 233rd st & White Plains Rd. Even though its a small place in a busy and crowded area, yet they have the best staff. Friendly and everything is always smooth and convenient. And Im also going there in the Morning :)

Kirk O. Warner Signature Banks name changed to Flagstar Bank NA and is umbrella under the NYCB Family of Banks. Legacy Signature Bank branches will keep the same Private Banking Model or Single Point of Contact. Customer experience here on the personal and commercial side is exceptional, and I highly recommend doing business here versus bigger named banks.

Katongo Chama Horrible horrible experience Went to the ATM and had to use the bathroom and was denied. As a customer with accounts at Bank of America, this is a disgrace. It is understandable for people just walking off the street but if someone is in the business and using your services wow they should be ashamed.

Magen Phillips-Vargas I come here to use the ATM never have problems always clean but now Im unable to get in before opening times or if its after its closed due to a new operating thing on the door I was able to slide my card and open it now its different so Im not sure if only bank costumers can get in or if there is a certain way to open the doors but if only bank costumers can get in after hours Im afraid you could loose a little bit of business because atms get used daily even after hours

Shannara Feliciano This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.

Charles Brown New Covenant is a bank for the community. I opened my first account in 2015. They greet you with a smile and speak to you like a friend. I worked in the pantry to gain enough hours to become a member. Although, I’ve accumulated the hours and am now a member. I still work in the pantry to share food for the people in need.
