    Rose Lane: The main head lady TALL with short curly hair, Not only yelled at her employees, but yells at her customers. I got annoyed with the fact that when I got there the “Just somehow went up another hundred dollars Ended up being told that There was a $80 fee for them to even help me. Which was not mentioned at all My whole insurance quote got switched. when I was trying to get a better understanding on the whole switch up with the quote, the lady got pretty annoyed because I just didn’t Understand she tried telling me that she could just kick me out of the store. The main lady not only was yelling at me and her employees But was being extremely disrespectful and calling me “privileged” not 1 time not 2 times but 3 TIMES. I found it absolutely discriminating. When I told her and employees to have a better day and that I hope they get treated better. The main lady told the one younger girl that was helping me to block me out of the system so that I would never be able to go there again DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Nicholas Seiter: Had my homeowners with them for several years. They answered any questions they had. When my homeowners was due for renewal I did a price check with a few other companies and found out they were about $500 higher with the same coverage. I called to cancel my policy and I received a very rude and sarcastic woman on the phone. She wished me "good luck" and laughed at me. When I sent my cancellation notice I wrote about this encounter and never received a message back. I wish nothing but the best but would not recommend them at this time.
