When my homeowners was due for renewal I did a price check with a few other companies and found out they were about $500 higher with the same coverage. I called to cancel my policy and I received a very rude and sarcastic woman on the phone. She wished me "good luck" and laughed at me. When I sent my cancellation notice I wrote about this encounter and never received a message back. I wish nothing but the best but would not recommend them at this time.
