Irina did a wonderful job with them and I am happy with her work. A few weeks ago, I brought in several items to be repaired and cleaned up and purchase a replacement pair of gold claddagh earrings that I had. All of these were fulfilled and exceeded expectations. Bankrupt probably later found out all their jewelry is made of brass rhodium and coated with some cheap aluminum

Ashley Morrissey: Bought two bands for my boyfriends watch, had them put one on; fine service at this time and was told I could switch the bands at any time free of charge. Went back a month later to switch to other band& exchange the first band as it was too big. (Both bands purchased here on first visit). I was told that the band was scratched and wouldnt be accepted for exchange. Scratches on band were from trying on once and werent sctatches, they were indents from fastening the buckle while trying on. Product shouldnt be damaged beyond exchange after trying on once; poor quality and poor exchange policy. Lost out on $30; would not recommend.
