1 /5 Owenbelskis: I bought a Tennis link chain from Sean who worked there, the price was originally $360 on tag And I insisted silver they “had”it but many in stock, they gave me the upstate ice deal of the day, callin me “upstate iced up” like I’m a Christmas tree, the chain then started to tarnish brown 3 weeks later with daily wear and they refused to give me my money back I wonder where they are now? Bankrupt probably later found out all their jewelry is made of brass rhodium and coated with some cheap aluminum

1 /5 aidan bedell: i now edit my review on 9/28/2021- coming back to say these products are terrible… the tennis chain i have owened since purchase has turned me green and the cuban just was now for me. returned it and they refused to give me my money back. in proposal i took a different chain. and later the chain broke into meny many MANY links and pieces. please do not purchase from these people. there product will not hold up nor will it keep your skin the correct pigment. TURNS YOU GREEN AND FADES AND TARNES HORIBLEy

1 /5 Robert Smith: Fake! Scam! If you think the jewelry they sell is Legit and real you’re a fool! If you wanna challenge it than bring a test kit and I bet they will refuse and be offended. If not it will still come up as fake. If you want jewelry than you have to go to a legit store. It’s bootleg jewelry. Don’t go to upstate bootleg jewelry. Also, mind you it is illegal to sell fake jewelry.

3 /5 Justin LeClair: The chain ran me about $162 total and as soon as the transaction went through the other jeweler told my friend he could get the exact chain for $100. I don’t know much about jewelry but I’m pretty sure I got scammed. They were very nice and cooperative though and they did a good job on getting me to spend my money.

Ashley Morrissey: Bought two bands for my boyfriends watch, had them put one on; fine service at this time and was told I could switch the bands at any time free of charge. Went back a month later to switch to other band& exchange the first band as it was too big. (Both bands purchased here on first visit). I was told that the band was scratched and wouldnt be accepted for exchange. Scratches on band were from trying on once and werent sctatches, they were indents from fastening the buckle while trying on. Product shouldnt be damaged beyond exchange after trying on once; poor quality and poor exchange policy. Lost out on $30; would not recommend.

Heather Oneill: First off I love Swarovski,I own 50 plus pair of earrings. I bought a 300 dollar pair Feb 28.I went in to exchange for a different pair because they are defective. When I try on the back doesnt stay on. First we asked if it was OK they told us yes go ahead and find something. I did for the same price. Then another woman came back from break and said ok,then so oh wait no.Of course we werent happy. My husband said we spend alot of money here. I took the earrings and walked out. The girls were laughing so my husband said very unprofessional. The way were treated was not ok. Its not ok to be laughed at because they are 18 or 19 yr Olds. If they are that immature they shouldnt be working at a place like that. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences until today.

Sabrina Girl: They ruined my charms on my bracelet. I came in for a polishing for my bracket with 20 charms on it. The girl that took my bracelet didnt know what she was doing. When I got my bracelet back it was dull and the feel was off on the silver. The other worker also noticed that the feel was off. The chemical cleaning ruined my whole bracelet and they couldnt do anything about it. It ate away on the top layer of the silver. Im so upset. Dont go there.
