5 /5 Nicole Brinn: I have never used an insurance agent before, and this was a great experience. I worked with Patrick initially then Jenny. Both were knowledgeable and friendly, and Jenny was able to save me 50% on my auto policy. It wasnt just about saving money though, I was interested in making sure our policies were adequate and appropriate which is what Patrick looked into when I initially reached out. I learned a lot about my policies and why certain coverages were important, and feel confident if I ever need to make a claim (although I am certainly not hoping for that!).
