Bryan Martin: Abhorrent customer service. I walked in to get my necklace fixed, and the person at the front was talking to a buddy of his. After standing around for five minutes listening to them talk about their friends shooting range in their backyard upstate, the person behind the counter said hed be with me. They continued gabbing for another five minutes, and I just walked out. Despicable towny behavior that is so off-putting and uninviting. Im shocked that theyre still in business, or maybe not because they know how to treat their friends. I even called ahead, and was actually greeted by a very nice young lady, but what I found in the store was totally different. DO NOT GO HERE.

During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. They are good communicators. I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent. Their pricing was very fair. This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably. Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!
