I would highly recommend my daughter who is in high school has eight piercings. She’s just got two more very modest only in her ears. Won’t go anywhere else.

I brought my 6-year-old daughter to Rowan for her very first ear piercing, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by smiling receptionists who were incredibly welcoming and explained everything clearly. My daughter had fun picking out her earrings, and then a lovely nurse named Jenn invited us back. The entire process was handled with such care and patience. Jenn spoke directly to my daughter, explaining each step of the piercing procedure in a way that made her feel comfortable and at ease, especially since these were her first-ever earrings. She took her time meticulously marking the spots, confirming them with me, and the result was perfect! My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her new earrings. We couldnt be happier with the professional and kind service we received at Rowan. Highly recommend!

There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly. During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. They are good communicators. I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent. Their pricing was very fair. This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably. Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!

He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect!
