3 /5 Paula Schofield: I have been with this agency for 48 years I started when it was the Ralph Briggs agency it has had a lot of changes over the years and has been great with adding removing cars and kids a couple of accidents. But not all the changes have been good. It use to take one phone call a day everything was taken care of you didnt have any worries. Now its multiple calls multiple this needed that needed ect.ect.ect... people are still nice . But its an act of congress now to remove car from ins that hasnt ben registered or on the road for 2yrs . Everyone around me are getting immediate results with online ins and better rates . Maybe insurance agencys just arent useful like they use to be ???
