1 /5 Katie Chapman: Absolutely terrible. Doors were locked. There was a number to call at the front of the door. I spoke to a woman over the phone and told her what I needed. I was in front of the store with my elderly mother and my daughter. As I was attempting to explain my situation the woman who rudely kept interrupted me, I explained that I had geico and when I typed it in Google their address popped up. I had documents in hand - the lady told me I was attempting "fraud" and told me to go away. Kept speaking over me to cut me off. Place looked super sketchy. TERRIBLE customer service.

1 /5 V U: Absolutely astonished, I used Heather and this company for insurance for years without issue or change. Called for a new policy and all of a sudden I had an "account under review." She said she cant do business with with me and will not even give a quote or update any policies. Kept talking in circles about "whats your call about. Your file is under review. This call is being recorded." etc etc. Sounded like I was talking to a automated call/robot. I left her business and will recommend against her in the future at all costs, deserves 0/5 stars.

1 /5 Melissa Foley: Over the last few years, this agency (Heather herself) has dropped customers for no reason at all other then, she can not do business with you anymore. Several people I know have been dropped, my son called Friday to find a lower package and was told-she cant take any new customers and can no longer do business with him. Ummm hes not a NEW customer-he just wanted to check for a cheaper insurance policy! Reading the comments below-explains everything, family drama-being rude to other customers. Very unprofessional, Id give 0 stars if possible.

1 /5 Jay Cam: I hung up the phone with Heather Calderone in utter disbelief of what just happened. Then I looked at the latest review of the company and saw that another person had the same exact experience I had! I’m baffled, disappointed and frankly embarrassed for her. I’ve spent the past 7-8 years sending her referral after referral, only to get a $5 Tim Horton’s card and a generic Christmas card once year thanking me for bringing her tons of clients that she would’ve never obtained on her own. I then call in today to set up insurance for a new vehicle policy for myself to be told that “after reviewing her records so can no longer do business with me”! I simply asked her to explain what that even means and she could only muster a robotic response of “I can not do business with you anymore”. What? Huh? What are you talking about? That doesn’t even make sense. Speak to someone with respect after all these years and explain what’s going on. I’m dumbfounded. News travels quick, especially in a small community like Lockport. Your actions today were not good for business and it’s not going to be easy for you moving forward. Good luck with all that.
