1 /5 Armel Matanzala: I got the worse experience I ever had to any CFSC office. I bought a simple Money Order and they printed it incorrectly. When I came back they didnt help me fix the problem at all, playing shenanigans saying everything will be fine while anyone can see the problem. They couldnt even have the decency to acknowledge the mistake they made. Definitely one of the worst customer experience I had for a while.

Rey Reyes: Let’s just say this TD Branch at Pelham Parkway knows customer service very well, and customers best interest. I went in to process a transfer, and the banker Fiza, took me readily within minutes of my arrival. As she processed my wire, she also noticed accounts that were not fitting for me as they were unused, she then proceeded with my approval to close the accounts so that I did not have to continue to pay account fees, and also returned a $30 maintenance fee back to me. She’s is great for spotting the lack of usage and seeking my banking interest. Thank you Fiza.

Lastly she also provided me with detailed information relevant to an processes of an account - and I just appreciated her genuine character making the consumer feel like they truly come first!

Alison Dominguez: I’ve had the worst experience with this particular branch. I’ve been to this branch three times to try to open an account and I resgister. The tablet said I only had one person in front of me. I can see the bankers working with people, but one of them finished and step to the back neglecting the rest of the customers. 35 minutes later is when the person came out the back to call next. In between that time I could hear him socializing in the back. Horrible experience.

Maria: Dear Ponce Bank Team, I’m following up after mistakenly sending an earlier email to the wrong branch location. The issue I’m referring to occurred specifically at your 980 Southern Blvd branch in the Bronx. I visited this location today around 12:30 PM and was surprised to find it completely closed, even though it was during regular business hours. I also attempted to use my bank card to access the ATM vestibule, which is typically available even when the main branch is closed, but the door would not open. Several other customers were outside experiencing the same issue—no access to the bank or the ATM area. This was very inconvenient as I was unable to withdraw money or complete any transactions. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the Southern Blvd branch was unexpectedly closed and why access to the ATM area was not available. Reliable access to banking services is very important, especially during posted hours. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
